What I know about Magnetti Marelli throttle mounted in volvo cars : you can replace them without reprogramming only with ones with same number on it. The yellow label means that they have sensors made like adjustable resistors. Usually these sensors failed and replacing with contact less sensors are ok and not required reprogramming.

Thanks. Reprogramming make it expensive... and I also read the ECUs from the same "type" of engine used to match. I don't know. I got a 2001 V70 S and it starts to show wearing signs... after it got replaced already once, as it completely stalled 10 years ago.
