for good reason, the new NSX is cool until you compare it with others in its price range. the only thing special about it is the driving experience, and when your dropping a quarter of a million on a car you'd hope for more than what you get. i have a feeling the NSX probably won't age well either, with exception to its hybrid system there's nothing exotic about it, and unlike the gtr almost no one will mod it because path forward to do so. the nice thing about the old NSX was that it was at least some what accessible even now days and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to fix, and it can be modded to your taste. But the new one costs as much as a small house, with an interior of a regular acura and the sound as well, and when you can buy the competition that, used is a third the price and can be suited to do anything from drag racing, half mile, circuit/sprint, daily or all the above there really isn't much reason to give it a second chance, aside from wanting the Honda badge, of which in my opinion, isn't doing that good a job of making sports cars that can carry the weight of its name.

Best part of this car that he can't mention is you can beat on this car all day at the track and drag strip and it's not only consistent but it doesn't brake! I've had one for over 2 years and it's still as fun as the first day and more importantly....No problems!
Such a fantastic looking car. Saw a black one parked across from a white C8 in my gym the other day. The NSX looks noticeably smaller and as a lifelong Vette guy I think slightly better too. I also agree with Matt that I'm sure it'll age really well too.
NsX is better for those of us living in regions with lots of sudden rain and snow squalls but can be driven daily if needed. Hell, might as well use for the school drop off since the entire cabin isn’t swathed in rich “Corinthian leather” and thus less maintenance and upkeep worries. People should be comparing this to a 918 because that car was also used as Porsche’s test bed for drivetrains and electrification tech. So for a high performance test bed, I say Why Not?
Great review of a fantastic car. If I had $165K I'd buy one right now. Thank you. Too much time spent on visibility whenever someone reviews this car. I suppose that's because of the original. To those people that need to drive around in a bubble you can always get an 80's Mazda 323 hatchback
Good grief I wasn’t even aware they were still producing them. I gotta say that the discounts on 17&18MY certified used ones are really quite affordable in comparison. To me they look fantastic and they’re certainly quick
One of the biggest things missing in the interior is good contrast stitching, that would make the interior look a good bit better and fee like a 200k car. Also, the silver plastic pieces for the door handles and center bezel need to be something better and possibly have a carbon option. Other than that, this car is going to be my next, I love the tech in it, I love how it drives even in comparison to an Audi R8 V10 Plus that I drove recently!

Great review. I absolutely love my 2019 Thermal Orange NSX!

my favorite supercar regardless of price.
Best part of this car that he can't mention is you can beat on this car all day at the track and drag strip and it's not only consistent but it doesn't brake! That's why I don't mind the slightly higher price tag because in the end it is way more inexpensive than other super cars with a price tag of lesser value. I've had one for over 2 years and it's still as fun as the first day and more importantly....No problems!
Same here!
Very sharp car....designer did a great job
Such a fantastic looking car. Saw a black one parked across from a white C8 in my gym the other day. The NSX looks noticeably smaller and as a lifelong Vette guy I think slightly better too. I also agree with Matt that I'm sure it'll age really well too.
I would like them to install a screen and camera for over the right shoulder blind spot so from the indide it looks like an actual window.
Love these video I started watching you yesterday and I just gotta say you’re doing great man! Love to see your joy when you drive refreshing.
This car's price will appreciate in a couple of years to come.
100% of the video reviews for NSX are positive.
I have not seen one bad review.
I have a 2001 Acura 3.2 C L coupe....Obviously there is no comparison here but my machine is a real joy to
drive.....
Plus, you can get it serviced at any Acura dealer, no need to ship the car to the far away exotic car dealer.
Matt Maran Motoring There are roughly 30 out of the 269 US Acura dealers that opted out of selling and servicing the NSX.
6:04 is carpeting missing behind break peddle ? 🤨
The NSX is a beautiful supercar
I got to drive one of these a year ago or so and it was incredible
The fact that it's not a popular super car makes it special
Great video! Beautiful car!!
Beautiful car
Ya I like the NSX. I guess it's not been too popular in terms of sales.
Unfortunately that is what is happening. :(
Yeah because Audi R8 and Porsche 911 turbo
JAA Did you repeat what Matt Maran said?
im sure he said that. i havent watched the full video yet
JAA Ahhh 😱
That’ll work. Have a good weekend.
Love those Puma Shoes. I would definitely get me a pair when I buy my NSX.
I just hope it does well enough for acura to want to continue to make them.
And refresh them with new infotainment.
It will be sold till 2022, said by Acura themselves
this car is screaming to push the boundaries of the speed

This is a great car for the $100,000 mark imo
exactly
Not even going to lie I wasn’t a fan of the looks until I saw it in this yellow. This yellow is stunning
You can just see the adrenaline and excitement in his face
12:37 thank me later
This and the 911 turbo are my favorite supercars
Great review of a fantastic car. If I had $165K I'd buy one right now. Thank you. Too much time spent on visibility whenever someone reviews this car. I suppose that's because of the original. To those people that need to drive around in a bubble you can always get an 80's Mazda 323 hatchback
My dream car
Agreed looks great...understated
i remember the first time i saw in in person i was like whoa
Thank you for not overlaying EDM music with the B-roll shots.
Finaly launch control.. i was sad that you did not launch the gtr you reviewed
I saw a factory video for the manufacturing of this car. They put over 10 coats of paint.
Lol probably because Honda paint fades after like 6 months.
That launch control reaction😂😂
ayyyy its this duude long time no seeeee subaruwrxfan
C8 is half the price so is it worth it? Longevity of Acura should worth something though.
Corvettes are very reliable as well
Nono, it's significantly less than 1/2 the price*
And has a hybrid drivetrain that nobody is going to know how to fix.
@@thomastoscano1787 I heard of front hoods of C8s flying open
Strong powerful sounding engine.
The paint won me over already
Looks great thanks for the review. I like this NSX, the M5 and M8 Gran Coupe Competition.
Always enjoyed your reactions yo.
Nothing like some Maran Motoring with some coffee to get the day started! Let me know when you're down in Texas Matt! -Julian

So badass
That bihh juiced up🔥💯‼️
definitely agree... you gotta see one in person. ive seen a red one during the day and ive seen a black one at night. Black is definitely the way to go
Such a beauty.
Launch mode 😱 🚀
Your enthusiasm is so refreshing! Immediate sub from me
This guy sounds like Fix it Felix!!! Just put the hat on him and his voice is spot on!!!! LOL~~~ I can see him going this thing got VTEC no need to fix that one.
This is so beautiful 😍 very, very underrated
We definitely need a shirt design... "WHEW. INSTANT THRUST!"
what a lovely monster
Great review like always Matt 👌🏽
