    I don't really follow productivity content so this idea of having 3 versions of a routine is new to me. I might actually try it, especially because I'm one of those low-energy chronic-pain people. thanks!
    side note, I decided to be "not like other girls" (I'm kiddiiing) and started my whole goal setting, new routine stuff in early December 2024. it's been working so far, I don't see why we need a random date like January 1 to set new goals or change routines lol.

      @@river3516 a fellow low-energy girl here! I personally found it very helpful to work with my energy levels and try to rely more on my strong sides (in my case, I can compensate low energy with a very good ability to focus).
      And you’re absolutely right! Dates are arbitrary, what matters is our intention. I hope you achieve your goals this year :)

      @norightway I also have an almost unnatural ability to focus, which has its advantages but also disadvantages
      I enjoy chill productivity content (can't stand those dude bros yelling at you to do more haha) and also try to find smaller youtubers I enjoy, so I'll be sticking around :)
