I visited Nairobi on February. I just came a cross their food truck. I am not personally burger fun. But believe me they have the best burger. As well as their fries sweet potato is so delicious.

My roommate was from Ghana and he made food in a way that was so nice, it took time, and love - and I have honestly never had anything better. And ive been around, hahah. Ive tries to remake the recipes after watching him numerous times but ive never been able to capture it. My favorite dish of his was joloff rice -and I add an extra scotch bonnet. Ive always been obsessed with rice and that blew me away. Love the heat and richness from the tomatoes.
