@I Love Sandy Perkus name a regional food that's better, haha. These burgers dont capture everything , lol. My roommate was from Ghana and he made food in a way that was so nice, it took time, and love - and I have honestly never had anything better. And ive been around, hahah. Ive tries to remake the recipes after watching him numerous times but ive never been able to capture it. My favorite dish of his was joloff rice -and I add an extra scotch bonnet. Ive always been obsessed with rice and that blew me away. Love the heat and richness from the tomatoes.
But dont they need a permit? I watched a video on one individual who had a food truck in NY, and it seemed as if their whole life revolved around it. Check it out on Munchies channel.
Trying to get a premit to operate a food truck in New York city is a ridiculous challenge. Just Complying with the city health codes and restrictions make this kind of business less appealing compared to other cities here in the United states.
@Truth Ofcourse thats what you tell yourself to feel better.Trying so hard to bring others down only says a lot about you..Work on your self esteem,i can smell it all the way from here. All the best!
It reminds me of what we have here at small local burger restaurants in the USA. I can tell that is delicious. By the watching this video i can say AFRICA will be moving into a modern day with more upscale places.
The seasoning they add on right before grilling is the secret to great tasting burgers. I've had so many bad butgers here that a bit of salt and pepper would have made them so much better.
I live in Nairobi, Mama Rocks is a solid spot, awesome burgers!!!!!!!!
