Dang nice lap. For people yelling "track limits!" I assume they discuss this sort of thing during the weekend, and the drivers are allowed to extend in certain places. Some other onboards, as well as F1's FP1 highlights show drivers taking the wide line like Hamilton did. Think Austria 2002, turn 1, for example. It's not uncommon for Charlie Whiting to OK certain track extensions.

Every driver, every lap, race and qualifying, extended turns 9 and 19. It was clearly OK to do so. Verstappen cut turn 17, and was the only driver to do so throughout the entire weekend.
