@@Eddie-uf6bs Mate no one will help.... they want people like HIM and YOU to just go away ... I've experienced it for years. Imagine needing a Lawyer to fight your case against the VA, the very agency developed to help your father ... you need funding to get any help. Colin Luther Powell died from complications of Covid...so they printed, but he was in the hospital being treated for Prostrate Cancer (common from solders exposed to Dioxin)... General Schwarzkopf died of complications from pneumonia ... both were Vietnam Veterans, both had been treated for prostrate cancer... all my Australian Infantry troops, SAS Troops and my American Screaming Eagles are DEAD (Cancers) ... Why be surprised. I went to VA to validate Dioxin exposure and for treatment. I never saw the same doctor twice, never got a proper diagnosis, and no treatment. The last time I went, Jesse Brown Chicago hospital, the doctor walked in and proudly announced "You'll never see me again; I got a real job at a real hospital."
He was right, I never went back. Took my chances and suffered for a year waiting for Medicare. Guess what? Diagnosed with hypertension, nerve damage, heart disease, and getting proper treatment.

@davidsonlawoffices The Blue Water Navy Act lists neuropathy as a presumptive disease. Two different Neurologists diagnosed it. The VA "concedes" (their word) that I was indeed exposed to Agent Orange. Not sure what Veteran's Adversary has a problem with. 🤔

I'm a 73 year old American Vietnam Veteran. I am living in Australia after 9 years with the US Army. My Vietnam Tour was in the "A Shau Valley" area, west of Hue (2/502 Inf 101st Airborne) (The story of Hamburger Hill battle, Movie, which was off as we didn't wear subdue patches or eat "C" rations , could go on...
Over the years many younger Australian Doctors would comment; "but you don't have any medical markers to have such illnesses, such as "Peripheral Neuropathy", my heart conditions, etc... 20 years ago when I applied, they responded I wasn't even in Vietnam??? So sent copies of my awards; CIB, Bronze Star and Purple Heart and medical records my "TOP" gave me a copy of, before my flight back to the world. The next thing they said; "I never complained about my broken back, (with my burns, included two broken vertebra). (They knew what my conversations were in the burn ward (95th EVAC)? .... I flew to visit relatives in the US and stopped at the VA Office in Sacramento to re-file about 10 years ago... later they responded with; "what paperwork?" when I asked what was happening. They lost everything....thank God we have mostly FREE HEALTH CARE here in Oz.
I was once a proud American who when called up went and served as had my father and uncles did in WWII, 25 years before... I made Staff Sargent so I ended up spending 7 more years ... for what? A country that hated us, but welcomed back draft dodgers from Canada (Jimmy Carter), The USA, a nation who just lets us die (over 300,000 since returning from Dixon related health issues). I also sat through the Australian Royal Commission on Agent Orange in 1984 here in Sydney with 7 "Australian Digger" friends and one US Marine. The Magistrate said it was just PTSD and all in our minds. All seven have died of prostrate cancer years ago (None retired) as has my US Marine buddy died ... three of my closest friends from the 101st who were artists I exhibited with also died...two cancer and the other use a gun after he found out his cancer was advanced.I have no grand children as I warned my sons it wasn't safe ... my poor Australian wife didn't sign up for this and it breaks my heart she has to see how a Once great nation turned their backs on us...
*************** Flew home to bury my Mom in 2017 and some man said "thank you for your service" at the LAX airport... (I had my Screaming Eagle pin and my CIB pin on my lapel.... save the thanks for some other sucker who used to believe in America ... millions voted for a Draft Dodger and often say he's the second coming of Christ??? That's America ... full of racist, hating creatures... in the Army we were all green... you get hit, I'd do what ever I could to drag you to safety and our (Hero, Doc Cooley) to save your life.... you were a fellow Trooper .... and I cared.

Thank you for your video. Your explanation for the use of Agent Orange left out a very important and consequential use besides as a defoliant. It was used to destroy food crops "to deny food to the enemy." It actually denied food to a large portion of the South Vietnam population. This fact did not escape notice by the South Vietnam population and in fact contributed largely to the U.S. losing the war. The assistance is needed for the families as a whole… If you look at it their kids (like me) are also being afflicted with these conditions but the VA said it would only affect children of female Veterans that came in contact with AO. I believe mainly because it was a small amount of women that would have come in contact with it to not have to pay out more. Independent research need to be done to really understand the affects on everyone as a whole, because it’s was more than just being sprayed… it was on everything

In 2011, I put in for A.O. PTSD, Hearing and a couple of other claims. Denied everything except the hearing. I appealed the PTSD and won, but it took them 6 yrs and I got paid in 2017 . I never appealed the A.O. as I knew it would show up sooner or later as my son was born with a Birth defect in 1980 and dr. did tests on the tissue`s. They came back + for the Chemicals in A.O. in 1984. .( I could tell you a story on this one, but I will stick to the facts) After all the tests. VA stated by Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm was normal. 2023 May had Heart Attack, went to local hospital. While there, they gave me a CT scan and low and be-ho I had an AORTIC ANEURYSM so large it could burst at anytime. Sent to Grand Rapids, Mi., where the Specialist`s were. Had Stent put in my heart and than was seen by DR. KIMBALL who was going to do the surgery of the AORTIC ANEURYSM. Dr. Kimball told me how big it was and I stated that in 2011, VA said it was normal. Dr. Kimball said BULLSHIT, It would take at the VERY LEAST, 30 or more years to get this big because aneurysms are very slow growing.

VA presumes Veterans' early-onset peripheral neuropathy is related to their exposure to Agent Orange or other herbicides during service when the disease appears within one year of exposure to a degree of at least 10 percent disabling by VA's rating regulations. Can your doctor write you a letter that says "It is more likely than not that your exposure to Agent Orange while serving in Vietnam caused patients's small fiber neuropathy?"

Can you do a video on The water contamination in camp Lejeune that caused the Marine Corps to kick out marines with OTH Discharges because of the Toxins effects on Neurobehavioral issues with the Marines. According to the CDC Clinical Studies it says that 4 parts per billion of TCE and PCE can cause behavioral issues. Camp Lejeune was at 366 parts per Billion. I was stationed there 3 years so I have been affected to long term exposure issues. I have repeatedly tried to get a discharge upgrade and have been denied every single time prior to finding out about the water issues till last year in November 2022, So I just filed again in january 2023 with my defense being that the Toxins was the catalyst which caused the behavioral issues! I just got called by QTC for some medical test for next week finally, thanks to Joe Biden putting the Pact Act in place for us Veterans. I was stationed in Lejeune from 1972-1975 drinking the garbage water, the VA has denied me treatment for the last 40 years because of my OTH Discharge. There needs to be discussion about this injustice the Marine corps did by kicking out so many marines for behavioral problems. I was labeled a recidivist by the commanding General not knowing at that time the the Toxins was the culprit to the behavior. i need justice done for all of us marines kicked out back in the 70's, it's unfair how they treated us! There was so much violence on base back then, rapes, robberies, murders, theft, fights, riots in Jacksonville, etc. The commanding general issued orders to clean up the Marine corps with a broad sword by putting that order in place causing the ruin of many marine lives with the behavioral problems, , I never got any treatment whatsoever for it as of yet, because I did not know about the water till last year in 2022! Please do a video on this!

Looking thru some of my Dad's war service photos...
A group of sweaty people in bush hats with a prismatic compass held over a map.
Local tribesmen with Remington pump guns, sawn off.
White guys with sixteens, no insignias.
White guys with Owen guns, no insignias.
White guys with Lee Enfield jungle carbines, lower ranks show they are from 1 Loyals.
My Dad took that picture shortly before embarking on one of the longest unsupported jungle recon patrols ever conducted.
Some of those guys were formerly Rhodesian SAS, others were Australian.
Later in Vietnam similar units mounted long range reconnaissance patrols (LRRP) and were known as "lurps".
My understanding is that ground aircrew and lurps have the highest likelihood of dioxin poisoning than any other group.
Together, Britain and the US sprayed over 3 billion hectares of rainforest land resulting in 4.2 million Malaysian victims and 4.9 million Vietnamese victims by 2022.
Various films and books have been written about orange within the context of the Vietnam war and public awareness was raised.
Some veterans got some compensation eventually but the effects of dioxin poisoning are passed down generations.
In the UK there are also victims but not a single article has been published in the UK to date.

Well if you didn't like the presenttion then don't watch it! Alot of Veterans and their spouse get alot of support from my channel. I guess you could trust the VA to tell you everything you need to know to file a claim and be successful.

The only TRAIN WRECK here is the VA. I've submitted PACT Act associated claims twice, with supporting military medical/dental record evidence and current supporting medical record evidence from my Primary Care Physician and Medical Specialists; i.e. neurologists, ENTs, Psychiatrist, neuro-opthalmologists, neuro-psychologists. I've provided medical research documents to include research accomplished by Wright-Patterson AFB medical folks on aircraft AFSCs exposures to toxins working on aircraft (published in 2019 I believe) and the VA has twice (Decmember 2022 and June 2023) and denied my claims, inclusive of PACT Act specific conditions ! The VA appears to have ignored my doctors statements, DBQ evidence and Medical Specialist reports, besides ignoring my DD214s and military medical/dental records.
The DAV submitted my latest set of claims to the VA; 10 of the 23 claims submitted by the DAV on my behalf are PACT Act related. Still waiting for a response.
Research has proven conditions such as neuropathy, brain dysfunction, Parkinson's Disease/Parkinsonism can take decades to clinically manifest. There is even a book written, "Neurotoxcity" in which the author, a Pharmaceutical Toxicologist, states specifically "Dementia and Parkinson's Disease/Parkinsonism is commonly referred to as "Guam's Disease." I, my wife, who was 8 months pregnant, at the time of our departure from Guam, were there from February 1974 through March 1976. So we were all exposed to Agent Orange, according to the PACT Act. And, being as my AFSC was in aircraft maintenance, my family, wife and 5 children were exposed to the same toxins I was exposed to because those toxins were imbedded in my uniform when I returned home each day from July 1972 through July 1984 !
The only thing the VA and the U.S. Government has done for me and my family to date is PISS ME OFF !

Compensating veterans beyond short term superficial lesions means opening the flood gates to compensating the Vietnamese people America dumped it on.
What you lot are suffering is 1000x less than they are. Consider it divine punishment.
