They say they’re keeping up with science…?! -They don’t MATCH the American Heart association hypertension levels per rating schedule. - No doctor puts patients on extended bed rest (incapacitating episodes) for spinal issues. (They want you to stay as active as possible)
Clearly if you meet specific guidelines. If you are 100% P & T, rated 10 years or more and over 55 you would have to show fraud. There also rules that say if you have been five years, etc they can't reduce the overall.
If you have the letter telling you you did not have to go, it could have stated that you don't have to go, but your claim will be decided based on the current record. The VA letter surely didn't say they were withdrawing the order to attend a C&P exam.
He's not talking in CIRCLES; he's speaking exactly on par, when it affects any veterans that will be affected by the VA mandates of reducing VA Benefits. For any veteran that has disabilities that have been receiving benefits from the VA, doesn't mean everyone is affected, but a great many have been affected by this reduction.
Thank you Mr Davidson for all your hardwork fighting for all veterans your videos are informative and greatly appreciated
Never miss an appointment. Ever.
And keep your meds current.
Thanks for the advice.
Great information .
This will only happen if you open up your claim without evidence. Or the find a CUE. Don’t poke the bear and you will be just fine.
💯

This is only if your rating is not permanent and total. P&T ratings are not reevaluated.
I hope this doesn't happen to me. I've gotten worse
The VA should get rid of the C&P process, or re-exam process. That’s about it. And also release themselves from Optum services. Large waste of money.
U have not stated WHO this would be affecting. They could be 100% p&t service connected. Are talking about 10%,20%, 50%, 90%?
100% PT and you’re fine. Static and you are fine. It will not come out of the blue.

@@pcoc8694 👍🏻👍🏻
How many times can the VA do this to a veteran?
How about over 55 years old? I didn’t get 100% until I was 76. Will they require another exam?
Can RN provide a Nexus letter?
Got a letter telling me to go for a c&p exam then not to go.Droped me down for not going.
?
