This is the only form of meditation I have ever tried that actually works in the long run. P.S. It is said that "You can take a horse to water but you can't make him drink". The thing about the meditation that he offers is that it is free & no possible harm can come from trying it. If I thought it would work I would take everybody to this fountain of peace & make then drink of this knowledge but it has to come from you. Are you thirsty for peace & understanding? I guarantee you will find it here if you apply yourself to the work. You have nothing to lose but your sadness.

Important bit of info: After Prem dies do not create a religion about him. He has indicated that his son Hans will be his successor. It is not a hereditary post, but this time Hans will be the next one. Prem said that folks will make of him the biggest religion ever. However we will be fortunate to let him pass and move on to Hans.
