When i hear the beauty and silence in my heart, in the 4 magical ways, Prem Rawat did teach me, i feel so good. I live in 2 worlds now: the outside and inside. Outside is often noisy, gives me stress, my restless mind & head is thinking and jumping like a wild monkey all the time, it seems sometimes. When i go in that oasis of peace in my heart, as Prem did teach me 45 years ago, i feel good . In the first few years i did not trust my heart and did trust my head too much. That is why Aristotle said: " an education only for the mind, without educating the heart is no education at all". That is the education in schools i had. Studying psychology and philosophy after 1971 did not bring me closer to m y heart, on the contrary, more numbers, mote statistics, more theories, more questions, less answers, less peace of mind ! After i finished my education as a medical researcher ( specialization preventive medicine, how to prevent health problems) in 1991, it was the same: more thinking, more worrying about my patients, my family, my life, less feeling (inner peace). That is the difference, with the peace education program ( pep) for me. Now i can feel more my heart, my peace. Still there is noise in the world, but now i have a noise- choice-button. When i choose noise, i get noise. When i choose my heart, i feel peace. I want to thank Prem, that now i have this " peace- choice button". I wish for all my friends, family and all 8 billion inhabitants of this most beautiful planet in this universe, that i know ( i never lived on mars until now), that one day, i hope today, they can feel all the beauty, peace and gratitude, that i now can experience, since 1975, thanks to my heart professor Prem Rawat. I think there is still hope for humanity, this planet and all living beings, if we can learn to be kind to ourselves and to all living beings and if we can live in peace with ourselves and with all other very beautiful peace loving humans, even in Russia, Ukraine, Syria, Irack, Afghanistan , Eritrea and all countries of this world, i meet in my refugy work every day.
