I love this machine. Best one I've ever had! So far just one mechanical issue which was covered under warranty. Other than that, it's just brakes, bushings, and oil changes!
I ramped it up pretty aggressively and pretty quickly. The biggest thing is to always vary the throttle, then progressively more and more throttle up to wide open throttle for short intervals, then FULL SEND! I'd rather break in engine right and replace a belt than to baby the engine and not have the rings seat optimally. So far both engine and belt are 100%!

How easy were you on it that first 250 miles? I get it baby the first 3 hours but it seems like forever to 250 lol
