I did, lol. Mostly above my head, but we were up front and I'm tall.
I don't look through the viewfinder very often, I like to see the band. So it turned out pretty well, except for 20 seconds of weird lighting that clears up by 01:00 or so. Thanks!

Fantastic band. I love everything I've heard so far which is about ten tracks. The lead singer is gorgeous. Such a beautiful young lady. They have a bright future.

@@Liofa73 nope! Not the best tech, not the best studio, and definitely not the best sound quality ! It was recorded too fast, and needed more pre production, they needed more time ! But there was too much pressure to put the album out 🤷🏻♂️
@@LDantinhas the album was finished months before it came out. They also said in a recent interview that their second album is already completed.
@@safeashouses211 it’s whatever you want to believe, the record is not good, it needed more production and definitely more guitar power and better wide spectrum. Some songs seems to be recorded in mono !!
That’s how bad it is compared to live. It’s normally the opposite, but not with this Wet Leg album 🤷🏻♂️

Personally finding some really good bands at the moment although I am not fussed what sex they are as long as the music is honest and good and no auto tune rubbish and fakery. This band does not have 10 writers writing for them like other major artists.
Check out Katy J Pearson another talented Brit who recently did well at SXSW and is touring UK this summer, album “Return” is top notch.

This is, I believe, where Arroyo Seco took place and where Cruel World finally happens next month.
TANP: Aug 27-28, Strokes and LCD Soundsystem headline. There are six stages. WET LEG page says they play 28 Aug.

That dude was standing right next to me. He was sincerely expressing his appreciation. The band heard it, and it was obvious that they were touched.
That crowd was super sweet and chill. One of the most enjoyable concerts ever!
I wish I caught on to them earlier this year. I only knew chaise lounge and loved it. SDSU in October.

Love 'em. I hope that people quit fixating on 'Chaise Longue', the way that Radiohead fans eventually moved on from 'Creep'. Most of them did, anyway.

I always fixated more on how super short Yorke is. They had to make him custom made mic stands because a regular mic stand cant be set that low.

It’s up to Wet Leg to make that happen. People quit fixating on Creep because Radiohead kept crushing it for 20+ years. These gals are great so far, but they have a long way to go to get anywhere near a Radiohead comparison, even to the legacy of Creep.

Great band, having fun. They were a massive hit at Glastonbury this year, their stage was so crowded people were watching from outside the fences. They had 60 rows of people bouncing. So, I guess, you’re in the minority.
