We've been running our Baler the same way, we have the new springs but haven't replaced them yet. I have never heard that about the cows but that's a good tip. Thanks
Being from Wisconsin I'm more familiar with dairy and cash crop operations. It's so interesting to learn about your operation. Thanks for sharing and thanks for keeping up the channel.
I’m both absolutely amazed and bewildered by how ingenious you are! But I do learn something new every video. Thanks for the grazing/ bedded by noon rule. I never knew that rule. Also I really like the shout outs to the other genuine RUclips ranchers. Keep Safe and Well
Hey, Hold on! drill and bolt the drag to the backing plate. 6 holes with bolts & nuts will hold this for a temporary trial. If this works like you think, Go for it as a permanent solution. Cows eat & sleep when they want. They are Pert-near-smart !
Another awesome video Matty and you're poem was pretty good I was wondering why you give the cows salt and the seem to be getting through alot of it this year What is the benefit to the cow's Really enjoyed the video as always looking forward to the next one Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
I dont understand why you didnt just connect your 3 point hitch from any small tractor and it would have required no welding , and just hook up and go?
I hate to admit it but I like the limericks and rhymes. I think of the woman that waited four days to report her husband missing all the time. I was once 6 hours over due and the woman waiting called the cops... times have changed. Maybe I am better looking than I think>? cheers

That's a good poem, Red Steagall did it first time I heard it.
Get the A&I springs for the baler a lot cheaper than the Deere springs and work just as well. My John Deere dealer has them in stock.
The cooler weather in nice after a hot summer

In past shows you used timeless fence posts. What size do you like and why? Really like those fences you build.
Great adaptation to a skid steer attachment! I still wish I was local so I could help on your farm.

After you wash your baler do you grease and oil it good before you put it away for winter?
Are the mineral blocks and the bagged minerals the same?
The skidsteer isn't fast enough for the drag. It needs a bit of speed to drag smoothly
Why don’t you use net wrap? It’s cheaper than twine when you figure your extra time and wear and tear on equipment
You could print up some t-shirts and hats and call your brand Pert Near Gear.
I worked with a few guys like Tom McGuinnis. Lol
I "pert-near" understood all that
I don't know if I could work with you i would be laughing to hard.
Pertni!!😊
