when talking about student tenancies the concern is with dedicated student houses for student groups- not individual students who live at another address with family etc. This issue keeps being side tracked. Why is purpose built student accommodation going to be allowed to create 12 month tenancies and "dedicated student properties" in PRS sector not?
Good morning, You provide people work rather than give benefits. If you provide work to people then they know the value of money and hardwork. Children will learn hardwork and value of money.
As a very small landlord of 3 properties. I would never ever want to get rid of a good tenant. Surely landlords only want to get rid of tenants who either dont look after their properties or dont pay their rent.
