I’m glad Jason did this video. Taking care of a giant breed dog the right way is very expensive. I now have a Cane Corso but my prior dog was an English Mastiff (230lbs). The costs escalate substantially when they get older. My mastiff was $6,000+ for vet, food and medicine alone his last three years. That’s if nothing goes wrong. Four days in the hospital with pneumonia was $6,000. Two days with bloat was $4,000. Vet bills are 4-5X higher by comparison to a 40-60lb dog. You must have a car big enough to accommodate your dog. An giant breed is not going to fit in a Camry. If you have the means, Mastiff breeds are definitely worth it. They are the most loyal, best friends you will ever have. My English Mastiff lived 9 years - about 2 years longer than the average life expectancy for the breed. But please, if you can’t or won’t spend the money to give these dogs the life other dogs can have for 25% of the cost, it’s best to choose another breed.
Its like when you buy a house for the first time........there are all these hidden costs you don't think of and before you know it your like uh oh.......I have no money left.
I have meet quite a few people who buy these dogs and are surprised I know all about them and it never fails they will call me and ask me if they want their dog cause they can't take care of them. It's a huge commitment your going to spend $ and time and like having a little kid you just can take off for the weekend without them
Ruby Tuesday is our cane corso rescue dog. She didn't get the daily exercise, got busy digging under the previous owner's fences and one day thy came home to find blood all over the gates as she had jumped the gate, gotten her tail trapped in it, and chewed her tail off to get free. I live near the sea in NZ, took her in and she is in heaven. She learned to be so sweet to me and our other digs and cats, and is the kissingest dog I ever had. She is loving and gentle tho' I know she'd be hell if someone tried to hurt me. Thanks for the video. Well done Bruce Wayne's Dad. *)
I've owned dogs my whole life, right now, I'm not in a position financially to own one....which hurts my heart! My solution, I volunteer at 2 different shelters 4 days a weeks. I recently got divorced, I live a 1 bdr apartment and although I can pay the bills I can't add the bills of a pet...... And that my friends is called being responsible! Thanks for the GREAT video!
I had 2 Great Danes , that ( heads) look similar to Bruce Wayne, and the food costs and vet bills were the highest costs for them. They lived a long happy life ( yes both slept on my bed with me) and passed away within 3 months of each other. It’s been years and I’m still not the same. You are a responsible pet owners and it gives me joy to watch your channel. 🌺 Aloha from Hawai’i
I am so happy to see these videos and a community that loves their Cane Corsos. I love my pup so much, so well behaved, such a gentle temperament, and yes I spend quite a bit feeding her but she gets great food and love and she is growing so big and so strong
Bruce is gorgeous! I also feed a raw diet. I am so happy about this video. It is very important for people to know the cost. My Corso's were 2,500.00 a piece. I spend more on my Corso's a month than I do on myself. My children are grown my dogs are family. I also take my dog's to daycare for socializing. They love to go. I live on 40 acres in the Idaho rocky mountains but had to put up a fence for my dogs safety. Porcupines, Skunks and other wildlife are dangerous. I learned the hard way when my Nero took off after a Moose. The Cane Corso is the best breed of dog I have ever owned. Thank you for all you do. I subscribed to your channel. I am excited to watch all of your videos.
There’s people in the comments saying that these costs seem wayyy too high but my grandparents have shown and bred national champion Rottweilers for 35+ years and these all seem pretty accurate. Dogs are an investment but very worth it when done correctly. Bruce looks gorgeous and we can tell that you really love and care for him 😊
@@jamievidd775and who are you to tell someone they should rescue a dog instead of buying one? Its not his fault that there are so many dogs that need rescuing.
Most of the costs are optional tho not all people need a fence for $15,000 like there’s different backyards plus you don’t need a day care you don’t need crates you don’t need most of the things he’s doing and still can have a well trained dog
@@jamievidd775 i see where you are coming from but what if that rescue dog decides to almost kill you because you've done something that it's previous owner done that the dog feels is a threat to himself sooooo I'd bet on the pure bred which is my opinion and that's fine.
I like that you covered the monitory costs of owning a Cane Corso. But, could you cover the time cost/commitment in owning this breed? The training, exercise, socialization, etc consumes a good portion of an owner’s time. I think this is where average owners come up short and why many dogs end up in shelters and rescues.
I just recently came across your channel . Bruce is magnificent. I know for me I would not get such a large breed dog because he doesn't fit into my lifestyle . I am so very impressed with how well he is cared for and how much thought you and your wife have put into giving him a wonderful life and keeping him healthy. It is great that you are educating people about the breed. I live on a rescue farm and we have taken in so many animals, large and small over the years . It is sad that the animals pay such a high price for human ignorance, getting an animal of any kind is a true commitment....they aren't handbags...they should not be purchased as fad dictates. I have subscribed and enjoyed your videos, keep up the good work.
I heard about you through wills RUclips channel and thank both of you guys & Kara for giving such great insight/information the community greatly appreciates it! Thank you!
I appreciate this video even though I 🤮 at the thought of all that money lol. When my husband put it on I instantly told him I didn’t want to watch it because I’m the person that doesn’t think or even wanna discuss the cost. He’s the opposite BUT I’m happy to say that even after hearing what you guys spent it didn’t deter the fact that we do want a Corso❤️Lucky enough our home is already fenced in so that saves a lot. Currently we are planning on adding one of these guys to our home but most likely aiming for maybe winter time when his job slows down and he’s home more just so he can be more involved. It gives us time to prepare and just really get us ready. Unfortunately many many years ago when I first was out on my own and “adulting” I had the idea that I wanted a Saint Bernard and without even giving it a second thought I got one.He grew up without any kind of training. He did understand the common commands but that just wasnt enough.I babied him and he definitely walked all over me.He listened but it was only when he felt like it :/ It was 💯 my fault.Eventually he became aggressive even towards me.I would be laying on the couch and he’d come up and get in my face and bark and it was the kind of bark that was intimidating.Things just got worse from that point and he did end up biting someone in the face.Thankfully it wasn’t a bad bite and didn’t require more than a washing and bandaid.By this time I knew I messed up and should have taught him.It was to the point even I was afraid of him and you can’t be afraid if you want to have a happy healthy obedient dog.I knew I didn’t want to put him down,I knew it was my fault that he was the way he was and I reached out to a few people and I finally came across this woman who also had Saints. She didn’t even give it a second thought and offered to take him and I knew it was for his best interest and even though it was sad and it made me sad AF I did it for him so he could have a great life.I did not want something else to happen that would end up with him having to be put down.I was legit the definition of a poor pet owner.I was young and dumb and didn’t think about all what a animal needs to thrive. Now here I am older and wiser kicking myself in the ass because it could have been so different if I had just taken the time.Love your videos and I absolutely adore Bruce❤️It’s heart warming to see the way he is with you and your wifey.
We all learn from our own mistakes.. Hope your St Bernard had some fun with the other dogs the new owner got and lived happily.. All the best for your new pet.
Wow, I can't believe the prices on this breed now. But then again, almost 20 years ago, my girl was $1,500. Worth every penny though. By far the best breed I've had!!
Things to keep in mind: Any dog med-large sized or bigger. You find out it needs a hip operation for a genetic defect, or it blows out a knee (CCL,) often exacerbated by weight $3000-$4000 per hip or knee, AND there's no guarantee it will be OK afterward. Overnight emergency stomach issue (just monitoring no surgery, was just like E-coli) for one of my dogs was $1000 over 10 years ago.
Hi Jason, I just watched your video based on your Cane Corso yearly expenses. I can tell that you did your dog research before you purchased John Wayne. Thank you for doing that. I can't tell you how many humans I have run across who don't do this exercise BEFORE they get a dog. Like you, I treat my dog as a family member. Lastly, thank you for being honest & sharing your Cane Corso expenses. I think if you are going to take the step to purchase any dog, then do it the right way...go all in. Although I can't have a Cane Corso in this time of my life. I am very happy with my furbaby that I have now. We both look forward to watching you & John Wayne's adventures. Smiles.

lol a single kid costs upwards of 1 million by the time they are ready for college. That's not including college tuition. Cane Corso's are cheap by comparison.
This was sobering. I was strongly considering getting a cane corso, but honestly dont think i could give it everything it needs. And its a huge liability and lifestyle change. Thank you
What a magnificent, beautiful dog! I've started poking around and contemplating finding a buddy for my 6yo Olde English Sheepdog who isn't small/medium by any stretch and is incredibly athletic and showing no signs of slowing down. I agree with you on everything you said, and hope anyone considering a Cane' Corso will take all of that to heart if they decide on this breed. One thing so many, including other dog owners, don't take into consideration is the diet they need. And it is expensive, a small fortune, actually. Mine eats better than me often, lol. Thanks for sharing, Bruce Wayne (lol).... you rock buddy!!
Thank you so much for your videos.I have chosen this breed for many reasons, but I am educating myself as much as possible prior to getting my pup. Your wife and you have really helped me to make an educated decision. TY so much from NY!
Brother, I had a friend that had one growing up. Now with hat said I have had my blue nose pit for about 12 years. He's coming to the point we regret, but with medical issues I was advised to put him to sleep. I had began looking into another blue nose potty, but the Cane Corso has always been on my list that or the dogo, you have led me to make the choice into the Cane Corso. We have contacted a local trainer that is willing to train, as he does the local police dog training. But I wanna say thank you because of your videos, it convinced my fiance that this is the best choice for us. She had been worried because she was told by coworkers and family they are a very aggressive breed and shouldn't be allowed around our children. You truly are great with this breed thanks again.
I own a dog daycare and I have my girl who has been in daycare 3 days a week since she was a baby and she is the sweetest angel with everyone! These dogs need socialization!! I totally agree with the trainer, we had a private trainer at our home! Blue is on a raw blend diet! Also , I do nationwide pet insurance!!!! 90% reimbursed..... 100% necessary for this breed!!
They have Cane Corso rescues. I looked it up. You might not get the purest breed but it is a much more affordable option if you want one of these beautiful breeds and you will be saving a dog that’s gonna love you forever ❤️
I concur with the initial costs here as they fall in line with what I had to spend when I brought my Alaskan Malamute into the family over 20 years ago. We currently have four lovable mutts, but I'm thinking a Cane Corso may be the next pure breed we bring into the family. Be blessed.
Years ago I almost got a Malamute. I was deciding between that and an Akita. I ended up getting an Akita who was a great dog. You would love a Corso in your life.
Loved your Video....agree with all you said. I own a Cane Corso have a big fenced in yard and trained him myself. Had a Rottweiler before him and both the breeds are amazing. Your dog is beautiful
Jason, very informative video, people can take on board the cost factors ,and ones time associated with ownership of a large dog. Like the adorable Bruce Wayne 👍👍
in Poland cane corso cost between 2500-4000zł (550-900 dollars) (this is a normal price for a dog in Poland) so when you said 2900$ i was shocked by how much it is, it's a ton of money in my country
Everything you said about cost is right on. I got a puppy that in time I knew I needed a van so I could put a large create in it. So, I bought a $18, 000. Used Chrysler town & country van so I could put 2 large creates in it for the second Borzoi. " Beware of the hobby that eats"---Benjemin Franklin.
Been watching your videos, Bruce is an amazing looking pup. Thanks for posting this video. I’m definitely not ready for a dog like Bruce, I just don’t have the means to do so..well I mean at least right now. Your videos are detailed and informative, thanks for posting and I’m glad you started this channel :)
Speaking truth bro. I hate seeing dogs on chains or looking like crap in a dirt back yard. My boy is the only one where I live in Southeast Alaska. Most my answers to people is don't get one. Just getting my boy home was 8G. It only goes up from there. Pretty much shuts down the conversation.
Good and candid analysis. I spend much less on feeding with kibble, though (roughly $60 a month, including cheese treats). The training cost is spot on, but maybe add puppy training. In my case, I purchased a truck to carry my dog in the back and a $650 cover to protect him from the weather while in the back.
Thanks so much for all of the info and help!! I have been watching your videos for a while, but I first saw you on Will's channel. If you don't mind sharing, where did you get Bruce Wayne?
I really like your videos, great job!!! You forgot to tell, if anyone has a Cane Corso, the love what give you this breed, worth anything in the world, so who cares how much we spend...Lol Anyway, I have same black Cane Corso, his name Maximus, 14 months old and 130lbs, and I LOVE to see how same the two dog, the eyes, the "smile", how ask with his eyes, the color, the movements, how sweet when see you, and every little details really similar!!! Good luck for your Dog!! I love this breed... :-)
Me and my mom are getting a cane corso so this is good to know and im glad that u dont have to pay 19k all together and its seperet but thx for this info :)
Watching this video I’m gonna go raw I started when he was young than went back to dry good he coat changed he sheds like crazy. I never gave my first Cane Corso raw diet but all the research I do raw is the way to go. So after this bag is done I will begin the raw diet. I will ask you for advice when I begin if it is ok
We have a nine year old Dogo Agentino and you're right, if you are concerned about your dog's quality of life, because that's what it's really about (you're not going to extend a large breeds life too far pass the 12 - 15 year life span) you need to be ready to spend some money. We did the training, the doggy day care a couple times a week, we have insurance, we do a grain free kibbles diet and a lot of exercise. There are ways around going overboard, but you don't want to shortchange your four legged family member.
This is good info. Love following you Jason because I'm intrigued by big, confident, working dogs. A friend of mine has a Cane (Maybelle) and she is awesome. Plays with my Dobe pup and they are best friends. I'm a doberman person. My guy now (Kojak, 5 1/2 Months and 80 lbs.) is similar to the way you describe yours. Big "vicious" lap dogs. LOL
That is an absolutely absurd amount of money for a cane corso. And $15k for a fence is madness. This might put some owners off buying a corso, but the simple fact is I’ve not even spent the cost of your dog on my total spending for my corso. There’s so much in the list that isn’t necessary. For most people owning a corso won’t cost more than 7500 for everything.
I live in San Diego. I have a really good relationship with my vet in Tijuana. I’ve been taking all of my pets there for years. Been taking my CC there since he was 10 wks. A LOT cheaper than US. Vets have US education and all of the same meds and products as the US but at 1/3 of the cost!
Patrick Gengarelli... Do you mind sharing the name of your very in TJ? I also live in SD and cross the border frequently. I've been looking for recommendations for vets there.
I had a bullmastiff/ mastiff mix. He unfortunately died after 7 years. My hubby wants a Cane Corso ! But these big breeds do cost a lot of money to buy and maintain. The vet bills were no joke!
I know this is an older video , however I have just found this channel , for the last 13 amazing beautiful years I have had a Dogo Argentino , I lost him in September this year , to say I am lost and broken hearted would be an understatement , this video made me smile because I had the same questions when people saw him , he was a massive Dogo , he was quite over sized for the breed , however I put that down to the raw diet he was one since the day I got him ( he was 4.5 months when I got him as I had to wait to be able to ship him to Indonesia ) from the very start he was on a raw diet , and everyone always asked me how much does a dog like that cost , I always rolled my eyes the cost of buying him was the easy part , the taking care of him was a different story , he was a 87 kg monster (192 lbs ) not normal for this breed at all. Theses large breeds do cost a lot of money to maintain and this is something that people really should know about before getting one of theses amazing mastiff breeds . Much love to Bruce I hope to one day have a boy as handsome and amazing as you
I have 2 of these big beautiful boys. They are worth the expense. I am blessed to be able to afford them. They showed up in our yard, we live in the boonies. The owners could no longer handle them. The 5 yr old needed rehabilitation and the 1 yr old was just a happy camper. Luckily we have 80 acres and several ponds and now that we have had them for a yr now it is like they have always been ours. They are cuddle bugs. For what they have been through before us they have made great progress. They love people, kids, and cats. We are working on other dogs. The cost is nothing compared to the love ♥️
I'm glad u went over everything about owning bruce wayne. When owning a unique and rare pet, it's a must that we understand all that comes with it and not just the fuzzy loving side of it. Great job guys, keep it up👍👍
Spot on! Financial need of this breed, or any dog for that matter, is rarely discussed/considered in depth. You nailed most costs we've encountered with our two corsos...large breed dog "stuff" is not cheap...lest not forget the costs of injury or damage. A cherry eye repair could run you $1k an eye each time...or a torn knee ligament i.e. TPLO may get you for a couple thousand...figure in complications, therapy, etc and you're higher up there. Maybe you don't invest in that training or put the time in your self and your 100 lb+ dog destroys your entire couch/bed...all great things to consider. My wife and I talk about his often, and until watching this I never included the fence! Great looking buddy by the way.
Dude it’s so awesome how much you actually care about your dogs health. When I had my pitbull and was going through cancer treatment I spent 5k in total. But I know so many people who would have just put their dog down instead. People are so irresponsible with animals.
This is the best video…as this is reality for owning a large breed and having a happy dog Your dog is not just a good dog, he is a happy dog I have a large breed and no joke, she eats 6lbs of cooked meat a day It’s so much commitment and money but I always hear the compliments but the reality is hefty You RAISE a good dog, they don’t come like that for certain I still take my girl everywhere and they need to be with their ppl to be happy and well adjusted dogs Doggie day care once or twice a week when their young is mighty important for doggie manners they learn My girl is family, she is not a dog Everyone in my household reflects this fact as I don’t play around with my girls wellness At Thanksgiving, my girl had her plate and was with the family…someone else brought their dog and it was left outside and suggested I do the same…….hell no, she is by my side getting the family treatment and not the dog treatment Great video!!!
Thanks for exposing the true Italian pronunciation. I’ve met many Cane Corso owners who pronounce it “Cain” Corso. It’s awkward when you tell an owner they don’t even know how to pronounce the dogs breed name. They usually shouldn’t own one and where typically bought from a backyard breeder for 600$...
Jason Corey oh my gosh that embarrassing! They’re an Italian breed it should be pronounced correctly! My in-laws own a Cane Corso mix and call it a “Cain Corso” and correct me when I say it right 😂
I'm an educator, with one son. There's no way I could afford a dog like that. I live in Southern California and everything is already overpriced. I'm not sure what you do at home but it must pay really well!
My sister just drove accross the county to be with us here in Ohio, and one of the first things she said was everytime she stopped in a new state everything got cheaper.
One cost I did not go over was the cost of destruction of your home and belongings. An untrained dog left without knowing his place in the pack can have destructive tendencies. I highly recommend checking out these training programs www.fenrirdogtraining.com/?affcode=381736_08bmp5qc

Great to get this information out there! People (myself included) forget the hidden costs, food, vet expenses, pet insurance. Thanks Jason.
It's a huge commitment your going to spend $ and time and like having a little kid you just can take off for the weekend without them
your doggy is so lucky to have you and your wife in his life ❤️ I wish there were more people out there like you all ❤️
🤗
Oh wow
Get a chihuahua or something not really expensive to maintain unless you’re picky about your dogs
I think is brilliant you recognize you can't afford it, some people can't and still have one in poor conditions cause of "love", great choice!
Bruce looks gorgeous and we can tell that you really love and care for him 😊
It's just haters being ignorant. And that's awesome about your grandparents. I bet you have learned so much from them!
That's because they are high. You can rescue a dog for
@@jamievidd775and who are you to tell someone they should rescue a dog instead of buying one? Its not his fault that there are so many dogs that need rescuing.
Most of the costs are optional tho not all people need a fence for $15,000 like there’s different backyards plus you don’t need a day care you don’t need crates you don’t need most of the things he’s doing and still can have a well trained dog
@@jamievidd775 i see where you are coming from but what if that rescue dog decides to almost kill you because you've done something that it's previous owner done that the dog feels is a threat to himself sooooo I'd bet on the pure bred which is my opinion and that's fine.
Jason, this is such a good and informative video on so many levels. Bruce is one well loved and cared for mutt.
Bruce is just like a child! Always interested in adult conversations!💕
Awww the cost of a cane corso or any dog is worth it it's the love and loyalty that they give you in return it's priceless.
Hmm . . U are a lady of few words ! 🤔👍
He is just an absolute stunning dog 💙
Wow, I can't believe the prices on this breed now. But then again, almost 20 years ago, my girl was $1,500. Worth every penny though. By far the best breed I've had!!
No better dogs out there in my opinion. I have two!
Things to keep in mind: Any dog med-large sized or bigger.
You find out it needs a hip operation for a genetic defect, or it blows out a knee (CCL,) often exacerbated by weight
$3000-$4000 per hip or knee, AND there's no guarantee it will be OK afterward.
Smiles.
He is beautiful ! You are doing everything the right way to make him happy and in return make your family happy.
It's really good hear from you it's been awhile.
I own a female cane corso, I bought her for 1000 dollars, she’s healthy, she’s happy, I don’t spend nearly as much as he does a year.
What state did you get her?
@@zairetuck3341 I live in Hawaii
How much do you spend a year feeding her ??? I’m thinking about getting a pup!!
@@erikadiez1182 he over priced it all,,food,, yes raw diet best but i go butchers and he keeps left over meat and marrow for me at no cost,,i just get my human meat there and pay for that,,his scraps are going bin etc so win win. Even get chickens he cant sell as hit bb date etc,,my rottie often gets 2 chickens a day which cost me zero,,its doable folks.
Erika Diez when I was feeding good kibbles I used to spend about 50 euros a month (I fed Simpson’s sensitive line)
$400 dollars a month? Jesus, that is like having a kid. lol
My sons 4 his daycare @ 230 a week(private school based a low end day car is around 125 a week), 3 months ago he started a peewee folk wresling program 400 @ month
4 hours my sister in-law does school tutor work with him @ 80$
We normally allocate 2k a month on our son. If a parents only spending 400 bucks a month on a kid you dont need a child
@@hoondaily270 most people cant afford private schools, daycare, wrestling tutors, and afterschool tutors, so they go to public schooling, family or friend takes care of them if parents are work before they get out of school, if they wish to join a club they can through public school sports/clubs, if they want an afterschool tutor for free they go to public libraries for books ,watch lessons on youtube or search up info on the internet
jack jill 🤘🏻
lol a single kid costs upwards of 1 million by the time they are ready for college. That's not including college tuition. Cane Corso's are cheap by comparison.
I could not even afford to buy a toy Dog 🤣
You are awesome! Giving big Bruce the best life he can possibly have! Much love from Hawaii !
❤️ my wife will be visiting your beautiful state in a couple weeks
Thanks for sharing, Bruce Wayne (lol).... you rock buddy!!
a raw organic diet is the way to go !! give him veggies and fruits etc, some dogs will go for it, not sure if is a good idea though.
He is so dang gorgeous! My brother has a Cane Corso and he's gorgeous as well. Thank you, for loving and providing him with the best life he can have.
1:53
So glad you’re recording again!! I’m hoping to purchase a Cane Corso this year!!
Don't put him to sleep, unless he's in pain :(
I own a dog daycare and I have my girl who has been in daycare 3 days a week since she was a baby and she is the sweetest angel with everyone!
15k for a fence is absolutely insane. Must be vinyl or Iron.
Exactly! Couple of T posts and fencing, done!
Well, he said his yard is about 1 acre...
coog7896 he said for his ONE ACRE YARD 😂
15k is cheap for 1 acre if the fence is worth a damn especially if it is 10ft
Steve Wynn why would he get a ten foot fence
Loved your Video....agree with all you said. I own a Cane Corso have a big fenced in yard and trained him myself. Had a Rottweiler before him and both the breeds are amazing. Your dog is beautiful
Totally agree. I had both and they are both amazing breeds.
Jason, very informative video, people can take on board the cost factors ,and ones time associated with ownership of a large dog. Like the adorable Bruce Wayne 👍👍
I have a cane corso mixed with a german Shepard for 50 dollars🤣 I love him🥰
nice
Not only do you take care of your dog well, but you also help out your local farmer!? That's so cool!!
What you do for Bruce, you are a great owner. Hats off to you..
Thanks Dan
This is a very informative video on what it takes to be a responsible pet owner. Really...thank you.
in Poland cane corso cost between 2500-4000zł (550-900 dollars) (this is a normal price for a dog in Poland) so when you said 2900$ i was shocked by how much it is, it's a ton of money in my country
That’s so smart to budget for a dog. I’m considering next year so this is a helpful video :) Bruce Wayne’s the man!
Love the video, Bruce is too cute. We had an English Mastiff 185 lbs. He was very picky with the food we feed him. Very clingy. Love his demeanor.
In my case, I purchased a truck to carry my dog in the back and a $650 cover to protect him from the weather while in the back.
thanks for posting Jason ,,good seeing you .
Thanks so much for all of the info and help!! I have been watching your videos for a while, but I first saw you on Will's channel. If you don't mind sharing, where did you get Bruce Wayne?
I am so grateful for the detailed financial expenses information that you have provided in this video.
I really like your videos, great job!!!
You forgot to tell, if anyone has a Cane Corso, the love what give you this breed, worth anything in the world, so who cares how much we spend...Lol
Anyway, I have same black Cane Corso, his name Maximus, 14 months old and 130lbs, and I LOVE to see how same the two dog, the eyes, the "smile", how ask with his eyes, the color, the movements, how sweet when see you, and every little details really similar!!!
Good luck for your Dog!! I love this breed... :-)
Me and my mom are getting a cane corso so this is good to know and im glad that u dont have to pay 19k all together and its seperet but thx for this info :)
I loved the look he gave you while you did the whole "He feels like a puppy" that look was like "Dad, why you grabbing on me like that though? 😂
I know right 😂
Very informative jason. too many people thinks the most expensive part of owning a large breed dog is buying the dog.
Me weighing up my options whether babies are needed or can I do with a Cane Corso
Cane won’t talk back
@@SunniMerlot yep, spot on
great video! make more so that bell rings more often
Lmfaoooo when he named the final price he was like dam, that’s the car I needed 😭😆
These costs aren't realistic to the average dog owner. It's just what you pay to provide him such an amazing life.
Great video!! Thanks for providing this information and you have an amazing baby!!!
LOL
Very informative video. PS you should do a video on pet insurance. What company did finally choose for your. insurance
Yeah they charge so much here!
Patrick Gengarelli... Do you mind sharing the name of your very in TJ? I also live in SD and cross the border frequently. I've been looking for recommendations for vets there.
Where did you buy him? I don’t know what to look for in a reputable breeder. How many times a day does he eat?
At the end he was like: Thanks Dad, Love You! awe
I had a bullmastiff/ mastiff mix. He unfortunately died after 7 years. My hubby wants a Cane Corso ! But these big breeds do cost a lot of money to buy and maintain. The vet bills were no joke!
The $15,000 fence can definitely be excluded...
Facts😂
Exactly.
So stupid

Much love to Bruce I hope to one day have a boy as handsome and amazing as you
Okay... I'm even more motivated to get my financial ish together.
For the sole purpose of a dog lol literally same
This dog got better life than me 😭 that’s a lot of money ,literally
👍That’s a HUGE Cane Corso!! He’s beautiful. Good info. Thanks. 😍🤗💞🤗
Great job guys, keep it up👍👍
First time watching your videos and “ Ring my ding a ling “ threw me off 🤣🤣🤣
Omg I missed your videos!!!!!!!!!!
I have watched so many of your vids now Jay and I am obsessed with Bruce. Hes such a lovely dog!
Yeah it's almost like when your a first time home buyer. You don't realize all the hidden costs.
Thank you Jason. My baby is 10 weeks old, and I'm vetting trainers now.
Man, that boy loves you... Look at the way he's looking at you 😂♥
🤣🤣🤣 I PISSED MYSELF LAUGHING!!!!!!!!!! 10:52 Jason chokes up talking about initial costs ahahhahahahahahaahahahaha ** Listen cerfully! ** GULP 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
we got a female puppy one at about 6 months old for free from one of my stepdads work buddies! she’s a ass to the other dogs sometimes but love her!!
The costs really aren't that bad. And BRUCE IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
Dude it’s so awesome how much you actually care about your dogs health. When I had my pitbull and was going through cancer treatment I spent 5k in total. But I know so many people who would have just put their dog down instead. People are so irresponsible with animals.
Sorry to hear about your pitbull
This is the best video…as this is reality for owning a large breed and having a happy dog
Your dog is not just a good dog, he is a happy dog
I have a large breed and no joke, she eats 6lbs of cooked meat a day
It’s so much commitment and money but I always hear the compliments but the reality is hefty
You RAISE a good dog, they don’t come like that for certain
I still take my girl everywhere and they need to be with their ppl to be happy and well adjusted dogs
Doggie day care once or twice a week when their young is mighty important for doggie manners they learn
My girl is family, she is not a dog
Everyone in my household reflects this fact as I don’t play around with my girls wellness
At Thanksgiving, my girl had her plate and was with the family…someone else brought their dog and it was left outside and suggested I do the same…….hell no, she is by my side getting the family treatment and not the dog treatment
Great video!!!
I've had BREEDERS call them Cain. 😂😂😂😂
Jason Corey oh my gosh that embarrassing! They’re an Italian breed it should be pronounced correctly! My in-laws own a Cane Corso mix and call it a “Cain Corso” and correct me when I say it right 😂
Aw, he adores his daddy. The way he looks at him! 🥰
Came here to hear the right way to say it! Thanks for the rest of the important information!
