This dog is not only gorgeous and massive, but you can see how incredibly intelligent and kind his eyes are. He's aware, but never hypervigilant, all his movements are moderate. When his "dad" is petting him, his eyes are so soft and full of love, yet he is emotionally mature enough not to be overwhelmed at any given time. Jason you’re an amazing example of a proper canine owner. Bruce is a big boy, and def has his alpha tendencies. But he’s so well behaved, and the way YOU are leading, and he’s not even contemplating getting in front of you. Awesome 🤩👏🏽
I absolutely love how well this dog is trained and his behavior 👏🏻 Look at him walking very close to strangers and not a single thought is going through his head, he’s just chilling going for a walk. I’d personally jump a little if I’d seen him in the street lol but amazing job, every dog owner should take a few notes including myself. ❤️
I definitely would get scared if I saw him even if I wouldnt want to and I know fear could trigger them but I'm not good at controlling fear but then I have been attacked by a dog just walking but without doing anything. Okay perhaps I did send some bad signals but I definitely was not scared but I was in my thoughts and perhaps walked too close. But then how should I know, I don't have dogs and most dogs barely react of you walk past them, so I definitely think the owner should have been more avare of his dogs signals of fear and know how to hold their dog (the dog had a leash but the owner was not able to hold him) and perhaps told me to not walk closer that his dog is in training and still scared of people. Sure accidents can happen, perhaps your dog usually is good and you can be in your thoughts too but it's so extremely important to be avare of your dogs signals if you have a big dog, it's your responsibility as an owner and not other people who might not know much about dogs to know. This channel shows really well how you can learn to become more avare of dogs signals.
Bruce has shown the work Jason and Kara have put into him. Wonderful training. A 150 pound dog held on a plastic cup clip. Complete obedience!! Well done guys!!👍🏻👍🏻
I have soooo much to add!! I do a lot of Rescue with bigger dogs - not cane Corso big but around the 90lb kind. I REALLY ADMIRE you for how much time and effort you put into Bruce Wayne. I also love how you talk about the COMMITMENT adog, ANY dog needs. They are sentient beings and they have AMAZING memories - so they do get depressed, they DO feel!! So thank you!!
I love where you talk about cultivating an appropriate response from the guard instinct! I had a funny experience related to this the other day. I've got a 6-month mixed breed, Poppy. Clever, eager to please, but way too friendly for guard work. Anyway we're hanging out in the front yard while I'm doing some gardening. A stranger walks by and I try modeling some nervous energy and eliciting a response from her. She actually barked! Surprised and impressed, I give her some praise and petting. Not five minutes later our neighbor walks by. She looks back at me, runs up to the gate and gives three quick barks. But before the neighbor even has time to look up from the mobile, Poppy is running back, dives into my lap, belly up, tail waggling, and licking me enthusiastically... somewhat spoiling the effect of a ferocious guard dog. 😂😂😂
i had a mixed breed once who was the same thing! he was a big black dog, we think he had some lab and pit, super friendly, sociable, everybody was his best friend. one day i came home from a friend’s house wearing a hoodie and long pants and approached him without saying anything while it was dark. i smelled different and he couldnt tell who i was. before i got within 5 feet of him he was growling, i stepped closer, he started snarling and had the fur on his back all spiked up. i said “dude, it’s me!” and he was instantly back to being a sweet, happy puppy😅 we didnt think he was guard material until that happened!
My Cane Corso mix (Rescue) had incredible protection instincts and also would become progressively more protective if she thought someone in her pack was in danger. She caved my wife from a stranger who I guaranty planned to harm her. A stranger approached my wife as she was sitting out on the patio enjoying her morning coffee, the man asked her repeatedly to put the dog in the house because he wanted to ask her something, she refused and finally he said he needed some gas for his car she offered him the 2 gallons under my utility trailer sitting in the driveway. he said ok and then left without the gas. My sweet baby "Squirt"(110 LB) was going crazy the entire time and I'm ok with that. She would even protect my wife from me if I took an aggressive posture towards my wife. Best dog ever and she was only 50% Cane Corso. I know she'd have given her life to protect any of us.
Love your dog. My ex husband did not socialize our cane corse. When i took custody i had to socialize him. Because I have a smaller yappy dog my cane corso can get aggressive sometime but its a work in progress. He is 5 years old so Im patient with him but I stay proactive because he is 165lbs of muscle.
He’s a beautiful dog you’ve done so great My dog gets alert esp in similar circumstances where I’ve had drunk ppl stumble my way. And he will stand in front of me. And i love how they wait to see if we reacted to the situation. Great dog!

What a magnificent animal! I wish more dog owners were like you, Jason. Cheers!
Wow the amount of self control the dog had....shows that u trained him so well......
He’s a beautiful dog you’ve done so great
My dog gets alert esp in similar circumstances where I’ve had drunk ppl stumble my way.
And he will stand in front of me. And i love how they wait to see if we reacted to the situation.
Great dog!
wow, his non-reaction is amazing. excellent job training him!
Your dog passed the vibe check 🙂

He is so beautiful I can't get enough of your Cane Corso.
Like a proud Papa! I had a Cockerspaniel as a kid... I'm really considering getting another dog.
4:21 Bruce is like "stop lil dude I can use you as a tooth pick"
Brilliant name. Clearly very well trained. You can tell he lives the good life and is blessed to have a great and loving home. ❤️
What a magnificent animal. You’re so fortunate to have him. What a good boy.
Hello Jason,
I have an amazing Cane Corso I rescued a year ago and I have been watching you for a few months on how to train her not to react when she sees other dogs. I think she wants to play but I want her to have some control. She very social when it comes to being around people it just when she sees other dogs she gets out of control. Can you provide any suggestions?
that day on instagram: "OMG, I like just totally met a Kanye Corso, it's like a Italian massive dog OMG OMG"

Oh a wild crackhead. If I go downtown there’s a lot of them. My dog would be freaked out lol.
I was bout to comment crackhead
A wild crackhead has appeared XD
Mine hates them
My Presa HATES crackheads 🤣
oh i bet you he has a fucked up background, most of them do. He may be homeless but he would better clothes if he was more coherent and just down on his luck. Unless he got jumped for his clothes from other homeless people or whatever possible scenario.
I'm looking around for a cane corson, I'm retired fireman and single. I've always had big dogs. My last one was a Great Dhane. Everywhere I look there either 600 to 4000. Can't seem to be consistency in price. I don't mind paying 2500, i just want a quality pup. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. I've been watching your channel for some time. Love Bruce Wayne, I appreciate how candid you are about the reality of having a cane corso. Thank you
Awee I hope you can fine one at the shelter please. They have amazing stories and personalities
He's a gorgeous dog, I have a pittie/cain corso but she's no where near his size lol
I had a blue bully corso mix. He was larger than a pit... but not exactly the size of his dog! I miss that dog he was awesome!
Beautiful, very well mannered. His tail and being alert is a great thing to teach, to be able to notice the things that are not normal. I do the same things with my Doberman.
Just found your videos and love your philosophy on socializing and training dogs. I socialize and train my own family/ hunting dogs and use a lot of the same techniques you utilize. Good on you for having such a great companion in Big Bruce.
“Made in Italy” ... always the best.
Did you only realize you forgot the leash one hour after leaving home? Probably happens a lot.
Well done, Bruce Wayne! Love all the attention he gets when y'all are out and how great that is for the breed - for people to meet such a well-behaved large/giant dog!
I am fascinated by this dog and the superb training ! Well done!
Amazing job, you're a great dad! Bruce Wayne is absolutely beautiful, and so well behaved! Keep the videos coming!
