@L2Survive So far it is operating OK ( Bateria Power ), using it to charge a 70 Ah lifepo4 via 100 Ah foldable solar panel to run chinese diesel heater over the winter . Notice that it only charges to 14.2 volts before shutoff but I can live with that.

Me too. If not, I will have to put this small battery on a actual solar setup. These small charge controllers are hit and miss.

This product only does 12volts, it's not a mppt charger.
It's definitely mppt. I get 2.3A from the panel and 3.5A charge current. You can have a 3v mppt if you want. Mppt has nothing to do with voltage.
