- Join Chad and Michelle on their quest to harvest a Cape buffalo in Zimbabwe.
Chad brings out the old trusty Westley Richards .425 and this beautiful Rigby .470NE with a very interesting history. This video is full of hunting highs and lows as Chad bears it all in this emotional buffalo hunt. He is eventually rewarded with a 44 inch dagga boy.

@@HoriliThonger you just don't understand how it works. Without the hunters dollars putting a value on the animals the poaching will go on and there will not be any animals for anyone to enjoy. Very simple really.

I see they take down your comment if you say something they do not like. I do not take a shot unless I know where it is going. What part of that bull did you think you were shooting at? I have done a lot of hunting and have never shot a rock. What a joke of a hunter.
No Bill it’s not that I take it down if I don’t like it, I usually delete the ones that don’t know what they are talking about. We all miss, make errors etc and this was no different. At the angle and time of day it was an error. Chad has been on over 45 Buffalo hunts, he is a very experienced hunter. How many have u been on sir? That part could easily have been edited out to make a "cleaner" but unrealistic video. I respect and appreciate an authentic representation of the hunting experience, errors and all. Great Video and an exceptional Buffalo Bull as a reward for not giving up. 🙂

The thing I don't get about some these African hunting videos is some guys go to Africa and can't shoot well. I guarantee you could take a cape buffalo with some calibers not legal in many African countrys with shot placement. The Winchester 300 Magnum takes down bison with ease and I guarantee it's just as tough as cape the buffalo. The 7 mm magnum takes down bison too I guarantee it would work on cape buffalo in Africa. The 30 06 even use to be popular in Africa before laws were passed saying the 375 smallest you could use. The right bullet grain and shot placement makes many calibers work actually. I would not go as far to use 357 magnum or 10 mm pistol in Africa but some did it with 2 or 3 bullets in the heart. I wouldn't call it ideal but shot placement matters. I mean some people take it as far as to say 45 acp can work in Africa but I do t believe that.
Poor Africans villagers don't know what's going happen in the future 😂
