I flew on Joon before it went under on one of its A340’s twice. Screens were smaller then your hand, but I was so happy to fly on A340 before they went away
Wow! So intrigued to see at 5:41 that SBS Viceland (an Australian TV channel) was available on the inflight entertainment system of a French airline... what an interesting choice!
Great report, good luck "Joon" I think the uniforms have a touch of Jean Paul Gaultier about them :) Air France are now using Joon on all CDG/TXL flights. I checked in at Air France/KLM last month for a 6am flight to Schiphol, it was a total nightmare. Hope things have improved.
It's great to see you back. I am making a bold prediction about this airline right now - It is such a great business model to be targeting millennials with and low cost hip airline that I have a feeling it will be wildly successful and will be lasting for years to come. It has also been notice that Joon is going to receive all of air Frances A343s by the end of 2018, which means air France will be retiring and. But that's really good because Joon is going to be keeping such an old aircraft that is almost completely dead flying in the air.
Great Video Mate. Very interesting tripreport. It is really clear their target market is the younger generation, students etc. Certainly an airline I wouldn't mind trying in the future. It will be interesting to see how well they do in the long run.

Extremely expensive restaurants and no Pub or bar (in Concourse F) so far? There could be a better mix, but in general a good airport
Those Joon-uniforms, I totaly agree with you! It looks like normal clothing. Joon refers to Jeune, which meens Young in French. That is exactly the tone it represents for me.
For a budget airline, they seem to be very accommodating. But I feel like its only a matter of time before they turn into the "Spirit Airlines" of France.
On December 25, I´ll make a trip report from scl to eze with sky airlines. I´ll do that because I love your videos and now I want to make trip reports too!
What a great product! I like the stripy tops on the uniforms, very French parody. Maybe you could mention the cost of these flights as well, always interesting to know, or how many airmiles they cost.
Joon isn't a low cost airline, they will serve free meals like a full service airline on long haul and have the same prices and almost same service on short haul. ;)
Simply Aviation yes, I checked their website again and they want to appeal mostly younger people with organic food and good Ticketfares. The cabincrews on the other hand will get less wages than Airfrance crews. But this is a different story. ;-). I think this is a good product and Airfrance has improved a lot in the past years. I have tried them both in Business and Economy. I really like their shorthaul product. Unfortunately they haven‘t retrofitted their Best&Beyond Business Seats in all Aircrafts. Anyway I really enjoy your RUclips Channel. It is very informative and a lot of fun to watch. 👍👍

Bangyan Jin joon isnt low cost as they still use the same cost base as Air France. Air France thinks this will help them but I fear not.
We have Jetstar but their cabin is crap as well as their flight attendants.

The USB ports at the seat are pretty nice! Lufthansa's short haul cabin is pretty barebones in comparison, sadly. :/
LOLametro i agree, but their short haul flights have great legroom.
Mayby the new A320NEO will have them? They are at SAS A320NEO.
Unfortunately Lufthansa’s A320neo have bad legroom and no USB ports. :/
