Lots of great information as always. I always love trying to figure out where these trips are and I rcognized this one from one of my long walks. I love seeing past the part where I walked and to see you zig zagging around all of the monsterous puddles. Looks like you have had some rain whie I have been away. I can't wait to get back next week.

I was in Sihanoukville last week. The Gulf of Thailand was nice. I found the Toll road to and from Southern Cambodia found the Countryside just beautiful looking at the mountains in the background. Very scenic. Yes, we saw many new construction buildings abandoned Eye Sore
Very nice! We flew from Siem Reap and it only took 45 mins to get there. Next time we will definitely try the expressway.
@@ForRiel It’s a long drive and for our Van it cost almost $28 USD. Expensive Not much traffic on that new toll road. The rest stops were very big with stores and restaurants but very few people.

Did I here you correctly about the VIsa on line? I have been buying my Vises' on line now for over 10 years, the only thing to be carefull of is make sure you get it from the offical govermrnnt site and not an outside source.

Yes, but it was more about payment with a card instead of USD. We have a year Visa so we just breeze through 😁

I haven’t liked Sihanoukville since the Chinese moved in and over built. Hard to see where they can go forward because they can’t go back.

This is an unrelated question. Which apt or airbnb rental has a clothes drying machine? Why they only have a washer and not both?

Question, when using the eVOA app I see an option for the Business (E) visa, but it says it's a one time entry. It was my understanding the E Visa (ordinary) was a multiple entry visa. I'm moving to Phnom Penh at the end of this month and will seek employment as an English teacher. Is there something else I need to do to get a the multi entry ordinary visa?
The initial visa is valid for 30 days and is single entry. Once you arrive in PP, visit a travel agent and request a visa extension. In Cambodia, all 6 and 12 month extensions are multiple entry, and acquiring a visa extension is standard practice for travel agents. I hope that helps!

The word "Techo" should be pronounced as "Dechjo", not "Teco". Sometime reading Khmer words in English can be a little confusing.

@@ForRiel yep, I understand how you feel no need to worry. I just pronounce it based on Khmer language. One thing you need to remember is that in Khmer language "CH" always sounds like "J" not sometimes "K" like English words.

Hi, can I still use entry paper form on arrival by air to Phnom Penh as I am unable to do it online due to poor eyesight.
I think there will be someone at the airport who will be able to help you.
You can increase the font size on your phone which would make it easier than a paper form. Or maybe get someone to fill it out for you before you leave for the airport as it can be done a few days before.
