how did you do that at 4:43. I broke my brain and didn't found anything like that. I can't do faces with that edges, they simply cannot be connected to do face
he pressed f earlier selecting one edge, (it is a very usefull tool when filling holes because it generates quads always). in the video he had to put the retopology always visible (he checks "in front" and the quad instanly appears) because both geometries are collapsing and he cound't see what he was working on.
So impressive how focused you are in the final look and efficiency, this kind of proffesionalism is what i aspire to.
