This is a gold mine
It is so simple and clear yet I always do the opposite, i.e. whenever I feel anger I condemn it and don't want to feel it.
I struggle and fight it and try all kinds of ways of thought to battle the anger inside me so I can maybe end it (by rationalising it, justifying it, etc.). But this never works and only makes me more hopeless! Like Krishnamurti says: thought cannot change what you are. I wonder why we all have this same mechanism that is not working? (fighting negative feelings, creating conflict in ourselfs).
Why dont you act, as K says it !
U dont have to fight it,yust know that is not u,it is inside u,it is part of u,but it is not u,it will come and then it will go,if u stay as yourself it will go,if u look at it u will know what it is,u are the weakness of it,when u see it it looses its power over,everything that comes to u cannot be u,ca sif it comes it must go,and u never come and never go.
Answer it your self why is it like that, repetition? Imitation? Conformity? Habit?

If I am aware of my disorder, causing conflict, and remain with my disorder without any attempt to bring order, then order will happen on its own. Only then I can understand my relationship with the cosmos.

I think the anger will end, when we realise that we are anger, because usually we tend to fight anger as if it's something different from us, you can't fight your own self, have you seen anyone cutting own thier own limbs ? No, right ? When we understand that anger is not the external enemy but we are the anger itself , when we fight with anger, we are basically cutting off our own limbs, then the anger will completely end once and for all

The cosmos includes yourself. I didnt know kosmos means 'order'. Then that means there is no such thing as a dissorder. Its an illusion in your own mind, because all creation is perfect.
Very informative answer. Thought is human beings unique ability to solve problems in the outer world creatively - science, math, arts. However JK is pointing out it doesn’t work well in the domain of inner world. It’s best to be attentive with our memories and emotions (and that attention dissipates them - this he encourages us to try out for ourselves) and not act/react to them with thoughts as that causes conflict and disorder.
What everyone are doing is adding numbers like 12345.....infinite....means adding more memory to get another life means rebirth and birth is always suffering. So in order get rid of this suffering one must stop adding and start subtraction of numbers which are in simple terms our memory...this happens through Supra mundane Jhana which us cessation of mind and this can be attained through vipassana...after subtraction of all numbers is what you experience in nibbana which is beyond mind and matter....this can done only in human birth or higher so never waste human life chasing useless things

If you are angry and you trying to suppress it using thought which means you are being apart from it, analysing it and trying to control it. But what K is saying is If you are angry which is a Fact. So you dont try to control it you just be it and once you be it, Then you become the fact so you dont try to control it you just be it(the anger) once you be it you are Incharge of it if you want to become more angry or suppress it you are Incharge of it. Fact cannot be changed and if it cannot be changed then there is no opposite side of it hence no duality so no conflict which means Order. So If i am the Order(The fact) which means I am the Cosmos (The Order).

It's an interesting question. I think there are several questions like this which really have no satisfactory answer.
When there's order , there's no " i " . In other words , the statement " i'm in order ... " is still functioning in knowledge and duality . " i am " is still still trying to imitate or simulate or create the illusion that it is having some kind of relation with the cosmos , which is a delusion and disorder .
When you're in order to cosmos then your no longer separate from it . And the sense of present me is false when your in order there is no question of ingnoring . Sorry for poor English
