I'm sure they would have but we wanted to actually sit in one of the MDRs. Last year, when we were in Retreat class on the Reflection, we ate in Luminae and I ordered off the MDR menu several times.

On other Celebrity ships we were given a MDR menu in Blu and Luminae so that you do not have to actually go sit in the MDR.

The menus are not the same in the MDR's .
You are correct. Each of the 4 main dining rooms have some starters and entrees exclusive to that restaurant.
