I am 82 and going through chemo. I just started losing my hair. I am trying not to get depressed about it by getting a wig, some nice hats and scarves. It isn't easy but I am here and fighting this dx. I have a lot more living to do. ❤
Dear Barbara, I am so sorry to hear about your cancer and going through Chemo! I pray that The Lord will give you the strength needed to get through this. Yes, please continue to be a fighter, more than you ever have before, and kick this monster cancer right in it's ugly face. We all agree, You do have a lot more living to do! God Bless and a Hug Sarah
My neighbor is 93 .She's as sharp as a tack and so fashionable! She's kind, sweet, funny super positive and she's a power house to boot.. She's extraordinary ! {We're both make-up and hair girls ,btw] Her "get up and go" attitude is inspirational and at 72, she's my idol.
@@FreshGrey-pm4vw I knew someone like this - she was in her late 80's when I met her - a friend/neighbor of my mothers. Her secret seemed to be eating well, enjoying a glass of wine every day, swimming every day, and staying up to date on news, events, etc. She wore a lot of caftan type dresses because it was a hot climate, but they were always stylish, pedicure done, she'd cook amazing lunches (she was an expert cook), labelled everything clearly in her fridge, had a small, cute rancher home and stayed connected to people, although she had a kind of so-so relationship with her family. She had a daughter who was around but seemed to get along better with a friend/neighbour who was much younger who would take her on some errands, etc. I got the impression she hadn't been too happily married and I think although she was sometimes lonely, she really enjoyed the peace of being on her own, and really made an effort to stay positive and involved in things. She was also hilarious, and like a lot of older people, gave a lot of really modern advice about love, marriage, etc. She was a blast.
Awesome, keep taking good care of yourself and continue to find joy in the journey, That is great to hear. Thank you so much for commenting and the lovely compliment. Have a fabulous weekend xoxo Sarah
Yes, for real. I love that verse and quote it to myself and hubby very often! I love the song version, and now I'll be singing it the rest of the evening, lol Thank you Michelemarie, Blessings and a hug, Sarah
I am 70 and retired to Sicily 6 years ago. I don't care if I look my age: I have had a life and it shows. I live with a cat. I cycle, walk, do yoga and swim. Cook seasonal food from the market. 3 months ago I fell onto my left (dominant) shoulder when a car cut me up on the cycle path. The cycle got a new basket and new handlebars - I have the same old shoulder - and I got straight back on. Have just finished the second course of physio. It will be all right. I wake with a smile every morning
You have me in awe! You have an amazing attitude and it has inspired me so much! I'm so sorry to hear about the accident and your injury, My prayers and wishes for a complete recovery! What a wonderful place to retire, wow! Thank you for the inspiring comment and leaving me with a smile, xoxo Sarah
Marie how's Sicily? Do u speak the language? Is it easy to move there? What city in Sicily do you live in? I was there long ago when I was 21 and I had just finished studying Italian in Perugia and they actually thought I was Italian because I ltalian is different than Sicilian my grammar then was good😉. I'm not of course Italian but I'm American of English, German and Scott Irish stock but I had long dark hair and big dark eyes and my Italian was pretty good at the time although now it's not as good. Anyway regarding your shoulder, I hurt my shoulder in a cycling accident but where I was hit by a car really hard. I really appreciated your humor about the bike being fixed but not your shoulder. Be ware because it was many decades later that I developed carpal tunnel and I told the doctor I don't want you to cut me up until I determine if the shoulder can finally be helped because I think that's the source not the wrist of the carpal tunnel. I was right!! 😊 I did three months of physical therapy on my shoulder & improved such that my neck was freed . I had developed a "military neck" over the decades of my body adjusting to that car hitting my body but the therapy helped my muscles to release the tendons in my neck. I regained a more natural shape to the neck and the tension on all the nerves going down into my wrist was lessened and for the most part I'm okay. I do wear a wrist brace off and on and you can get it at Target. It covers my wrist and it has a little metal in it which is fantastic and it also allows you to put in a gel that you can heat up or cool off. SO be aware if you begin to have problems with your wrist, it's s probably from the shoulder accident. Anyway I just wanted to share that experience with you to try to help you in case you were to have any problems now or later. If you've time, I would love to know information about Sicily because I would love to go there because I love Italy and I'm not loving America so much these days. I would love to start relearning my Italian and mix with the wonderful Italian people😊
You are amazing! I'm very happy to find your channel. I'm 70 and agree about wearing makeup every day, for me it's an attitude changer. A tip for anyone thinking of going gray, the easiest way is to be excited and embrace it. I enjoy the sparkling strands of hair.
Hi Kathy, You are so right, An attitude changer! love it! And great tip for going gray! I love your picture ! Beautiful ! Thank you so much, Hugs Sarah
I'm 72 and allergic to most makeup but I still wear eyebrow pencil, blusher and red lipstick. I look invisible without it. My hair isn't grey yet but I love it on other people ❤
I agree. We moved to a new area and There is a thing called the Welcome Club for new women to the area and women who have been here awhile. I went 3 times so far and am not sure it is for me yet, still keeping my hope up though.
You are such an inspiration! I will be 67 this year, my husband died 6 months ago after being told he had pancreatic cancer. In 8 weeks he suffered and died. I have been in limbo, but now I started working out and you are amazing to watch, I have let my hair go gray and love it.
Dear Janet, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved husband. I pray That the Lord will give you comfort and strength during this time. And I'm so glad that you are working out, strengthening your body and keeping busy. I'm thrilled that you love your hair gray, Thank you so much for sharing, Big Hug Sarah
@@mostjoyfulone thank you so much, I am reading a wonderful book, Jesus Calling! Looking forward to seeing new you tube stories of yours! You truly are beautiful! I quit dyeing my hair 1 1/2 years ago and love my gray hair. My hair is as long as yours and I love how you style it. 😘
@@janetbartell7433 Am in the opposite. Very stressful and depressing to see gray hair growing. I always keep hair black, dye every month. Feel better. I would recommend to workout, swim if you can. Sign up at senior club in your area if they offer pool. Walk, long walk to fill up your days and watch movies every night enjoying a glass of Malbec. Am ,70 love life aty best, simple but healthily. Whatever we go through, it's everyone. Don't look at age as a drama. Dress up everyday even at home. Make yourself beautiful. It does not need to be expensive but make you feel good. Be beautiful at any age .
You look young so whatever your doing is working being in good health is important and being mentally good. Get up,shower, get dressed, get moving, take dog out, keep busy occupied especially mentally, stay away sitting down all day watching TV.❤🇬🇧
Wow. I do the same! Thank you for the tips. My husband will say, "Why are you getting all dressed up or where are you going?" Even if going nowhere, I just feel better because I feel better when I look my best and am ready to go if something comes up! Great motivational ideas. Thank you. I just turned 69 Sat. You do not look 76 at all and are gorgeous.
Thank you so much, Jeanie You're so right! great way to look at it. We just have to try and do our best and remember everyday is a gift! so glad to hear from you, Hugs Sarah
I’m 60. You’re a great inspiration to me. I hope I will be like you in my 70’s. I’m going to dress up each day like I’m going somewhere even if I’m not starting tomorrow ❤️
Ha! Right on.I'm an 83 year old content creator here and I'm so with you. Yep, health and smiles go a long way. Yes, to makeup. I can't wear nude lipstick with my grey hair. I look like I'm not there. Right now I'm on a peachy orangey red kick.
I’m so happy to see a lady your age with long hair! It’s just the style I’m planning on wearing while rocking gray hair when I decide to ditch hair color one day 😊
Do it now. Dyed hair need makes you look younger. Have a great haircut maybe longer and well conditioned. Never had so many compliments since I did this
You are such a beautiful, intelligent ray of sunshine. I'm embracing my age and it's so wonderful to see you being you and sharing your wisdom. You are my new hero.❤
I don't think I can find adequate words to express how lovely this comment is, and what an encouragement it is to me! A heartfelt Thank you !! Blessings Sarah xo
Oh my goodness......How long have you been back on YT ? I said "goodbye" to you about 2years ago when you said that you were not doing anymore videos ! It is very good to seee you again & looking just as elegant as before .Thank you for the video.
I just found you. I'm 82 and we are much alike. I wear make up everyday of my life no matter what. I live in a pretty rugged place Alaska where it's not fancy and we had to dress and wear shoes a bit different here. It's okay I have it working for me. My big thing is working out. I have worked out since I was 25. Changing what I did as I aged. I now do 3 classes a week in pool aerobics and 2 Zumba classes. I also take care of a large house and have chickens and a Weimaraner pup. I have a husband too for the last 62 years that's a job too! We all have health issues our bodies are aging and not perfect but we work with it. The worse thing would be to stop. It was so nice seeing you and you are very beautiful. All the very best. Nan in Alaska.
You have a totally wonderful attitude and I know that is your secret for joy. I am 71 and I really appreciate your inspiration. I am so happy to find someone in my age group to listen to.
Great positivity and well presented. You were lucky to have a Doctor that could chat for a long time. These days in the NHS Doctors don’t usually have the time!
Hi :) Yes, we are in agreement! When you take care of yourself to your best ability, you just feel so much better about everything! Thank you for saying hello and sharing, I appreciate it so much, keep smiling xoxo Sarah
Love this. You are such an elegant lady. I am 67 and at 65 that's when at the yearly exam they start the memory test here where I live. It's the 3 words to remember and then they will come back later and ask what they were. Then the drawing of a clock, with hands and #'s and time they give you. My husband is a wise crack (fun to live with) said to the nurse you ought to have the young people to do the clock test. She asked why? He said because they don't know what a clock is or how to tell time without a phone or digital. So true 😄! I too, feel like you do when it comes to dressing. I literally do not subscribe to RUclipsrs who tell us what is in and out of season. I stay current, but I'm more classic in the way I dress for my body. I love your perspective on aging. I love the nude-colored lipsticks. I wear minimal makeup like you, just use tined sunscreen for my foundation. Though I am fair skinned, blue eyes, and blonde by birth, I have more of a reddish color to my lips. But I still do not like a red lip on myself. Something in between I feel best in. I would love to see more videos from you. You're such an inspiration. Have a blessed evening.
Thank you so much for sweet comment! You made my day :) Lol , it's good to have a wise crack for a husband, I'm sure you both enjoy some good laughs. Lol, I love his comment to the nurse, it's so true! I appreciate you sharing. Great comment, thank you again Blessings xo, Sarah
I’m in my 70s 78! and so glad I found your channel. I too try to always look good, stay busy and eat right! No frumpy clothes for me. My Medicare exam is a regular exams plus remember these four words. Love your hair color! I said I’d never go gray but you make it look great!
Hi Sarah. I hope you are well. I just wanted to pop a little message here as I've just discovered your channel a few days ago and I'm obsessed. I've binged watched all of your videos ☺️ I'm 46 and live in the U.K, and you are so inspiring for me. You are warm, beautiful, down to earth, kind and classy. I've loved watching your videos on beauty products but also love your advice on life and health and general chit chat. Its such a lovely channel and I really hope you continue to make videos. Take care and look forward to seeing you more. Lisa ❤️❤️
Hello Sara my name is Carlos Gonzalez from McAllen Texas. Im 67 years young and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your bold and loving attitude. You inspired me really. I have been stressing about my age for several months and watching and listening to you really lifted my spirit. You are beautiful to watch and learn from. By the way I subscribed to your channel also. Keep blessing us with your videos. With love and respect. Carlos
I am definitely team make up! I put on make up , hoop earrings and a bracelet or watch everyday. I am 73 and it just makes me feel better. I wake up everyday and say... I am happy, I am healthy , and I am walking by faith! I have never bought into style trends as I am only 5 ft nothing... so dress for my body type and style, and always have. I wear colors suited for my olive skin. And I believe a smile makes you look 10 years younger!
Love love love all of these tips! You are beautiful and so wise and classy! Please keep these videos coming- Im 53 and youre such an inspiration to me!
So true , I do exactly the same ..face on , hair done , out and about. Being socially active together with a hobby or hobbies you love ❤ you look fab . X
Hi Angie, Thank you for sharing that we are on the same page, being ready and looking forward to a fabulous day! Love it! I appreciate hearing from you, and wish you a wonderful weekend, xoxo Sarah
You look so very beautiful! I love your style and your home is also beautifully decorated! I believe you're absolutely right about taking pride each day in maintaining our wellbeing, every aspect of it! I also think we should dress according to what makes us feel our most confident and why does society tell us what to wear anyway? We both love the same Mac lipstick! Cheers to you💛
One thing that helped me immensely is to Google and research information on what to expect for a woman in her 70's (I'm 74) on whatever subject that was of interest to me, such as heart, kidney, skin etc. so that if anything happens it's not going to hit me broadside. It will be, "Oh, so that's what I might expect now I'm 70. I put together a little binder for reference and since then it's taken away a lot of my concern.
You are a God Sent! I'm 68 and for the first time, I'm feeling my age. I'm young looking and have a young heart. My bff just turned 70 and I follow in her footsteps. I need inspiration like your content. You are absolutely STUNNING. Love your personality too!
Thank you so much, Rachela Sounds like you have a good mentor! Just try and keep a good attitude about aging, and look forward to the journey.. xoxo Sarah
You are an example of what " ageing gracefully " means. You have grace and beauty and your honesty is what the younger generation should hopefully have learn to have but if by chance they watch you they can see that we women who are in our 70s or even younger/ older have . Im proud of my age. Yes at times it hard but we are lucky to be here. I too have an autoimmune illness that is rare and no cure but been blessed with great drs and family who support me. I have had thos fir 28 years if not more( dont count anymore) even with monthly infusions and really strong medications i get up and get dressed and put makeup and use nice fface and body products and even like nice pajamas and nice lounge outfits if im relaxing or if i go out i too wear jeans etc. so we are strong women of a different generation. I actually have finally decided to TOSS the hair color and go grey! Also dark coloring isnt good and with my illness its time. So i have and will not go back to dyeing my hair. Just knowing i dont have to color my roots is a breath of fresh air. So beautiful Sara stay strong and keep making videos. We enjoy real women .
I am enjoying your channel! I love your attitude that there are going to be problems, but there are remedies and solutions. True! You are lovely. God bless you.
Oh Sarah I truly needed this video today. I am having a bad health and a bad work day. I watched this 4 times while I exercised! 🙂 I got a kick out of imagining you and your friends gathering for coffee and practicing for your memory tests! Not cheating at all! Thanks for brightening my day and for getting me through my workout. ~Elizabeth
Dear Elizabeth, I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a rough day, Wishing you a much better day tomorrow. ... You are the best! 4x of me, lol . love you. Yes, my friends and I had the biggest laughs as we shared and practiced for our cognitive tests. Lol.... and It's you that brightens my day! You always make me smile. Thank You, Blessings and a big Hug
Hi Beautiful, soooo wonderful to see ya 😉I enjoyed this so much & could’nt agree more w you…on this topic. As always I enjoyed your inspirations…you look lovely as always! 🫶🏻your friend Mimi from LA
I have no idea why I am not getting your videos. I JUST found this one just exploring. i checked to make sure it says I am subscribed. You are looking radiant and gorgeous as always. Stay healthy and you have the right attitude about life. Make up makes us feel prettier. I like to wear make up every day myself.....stay sweet and beautiful......much love...MINDY
Thank you so much!! I think a grateful attitude and appreciation even in the small things, brings joy, God Bless you, I appreciate your encouraging comment. ( and you have animals too, I love it) Hugs Sarah
Hi Sarah! I totally agree with everything you said in this video! Each of us need to do what is right for us. As far as the Pantone color of the year, I never follow that. I live in blacks, whites, grays and beiges. It's just my comfort zone, I guess. lol I look terrible in peach. Totally washes me out. I had to laugh when you were talking about your visit to your doctor. I just had a similar conversation with mine. I told him I have been stumbling to find certain words I'm trying too think of during conversations, and it seems like I'm having short term memory loss because I can remember stuff in detail from long ago but just don't ask me what I did yesterday because I won't remember. I said "Doesn't that sound like the start of Ahlziemers to you?" and he said "Yes, it does!" and I said "You're not supposed to agree with me. I was just kidding, (even though I'm serious)!" Anyways, we both ended up laughing about it. Hey, we've gotta laugh, right? I'm with you on the nude lipsticks with lipliner! You look fabulous, Sarah! Thanks for sharing with us and have a great rest of your week! Love and hugs! xox Colleen
Hi Colleen :) Yes, I tend to gravitate to those exact neutrals as well. I'm glad you and your doctor both ended up laughing, but, Alzheimers is scary, and since I experience the short term as well, I know the concern, especially at my age. Thank you and a big hug sent to you! xoxo
I’m 51. I stay home with kids. I also find getting dressed fully in the morning lifts my spirits. Ready to go incase I need to go out. I love crosswords too, volunteer and read. I try to keep stylish. Modest and elegant. I agree with the trends you want to incorporate. I call my friends too and say “lunch”. Who doesn’t want to go have a biscotti. I’m trying to age gracefully
Hi Sarah, I really appreciate your videos! Love all the life tips you share! That’s hilarious that you practiced for the memory test! I’d like to hear about your pets please!
Thank you so much for your encouraging words, I appreciate your input. My friends and I enjoyed lots of laughter, sharing our idea's. Yes, I will share about my fur babies for You! Right at the moment ,they are resting right at my feet as I type, oh the joy, Hugs xo Sarah
I love your joyful attitude and spirit, your common sense and positivity, and your approach to meeting challenges! And you are so beautiful inside and out!
Happy birthday! So many wonderful things to look forward to, I just loved being in my 60's.. btw 60 is the new 40, I got it from a good source, .. but, I can't mention names, lol... Best wishes, Be happy xoxo Sarah
You’re so beautiful and I like your attitude! I read some of the comments and want to tell what a great audience you have on your channel! Wishing you and all lovely ladies the best! ❤
Thank you so much, Ruby for this lovely gracious comment, not only to me, but wishing all the lovely ladies here your best! I admire your wonderful attitude, Wishing you the very best! xoxo Sarah
Hello! This is my first time seeing you and your video. You're so beautiful on the outside and as you expressed yourself, you're beautiful on the inside too! Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom and beauty tips. It's hard to believe that you are 76 years of age!!! You have taken excellent care of yourself and you are truly an inspiration 💗 I turned 65 in December and I will be using all of your helpful tips 😊
Thank you so much, Mandy, That's what they may say, and that may be good advise ,but personally, I think we should do what we think is best for us and what makes us happy. Thank you so much for watching and commenting xoxo Sarah
My over 70 rules for myself are, I don't wear: frilly ruffles, lace, or florals. Instead I choose crisp structured clothing like the shirt in this video. Looking good!❤
You are so beautiful! Love your hair, love your make-up...I also wear nude lips and mascara and bronzer. Walk 40 minutes daily, stay slender, read a lot, paint, stay positive...also wear fashionable clothing and my jewelry is similar to yours. You are an inspiration!
Last night i realized i only have 13 years and 8 months before i turn 70. This motivated me to live deliberately. You on the other hand have given me something to look forward to. Your attitude is contagious 🌻
Great channel. Great video. Thank you. I am pushing 70 and my channel is also all about the challenges and blessings of getting older. Simply keep having fun. That will keep you young! Thank you for sharing your wonderful channel.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting, I appreciate it. Sometimes life gets so busy and we do so much multi tasking, that it must affect our thinking. We can only do so much and then step back for a minute, slow down, relax and not overwhelm ourselves and overload our thinking. It is frustrating trying to remember, where did I put my keys, or what was I going to say , etc. .. which can happen because of our crazy busy days. Have a talk with your Physician if you are concerned, If only to ease any worries. I'm really glad you stopped by, xo Sarah
I do everything right , research longevity etc and i am hoping to be like you in my seventies, beautiful and classy and above all your attitude and appetite for life..
Hi, Sarah. Just found your videos, and I'm so glad I did! I agree wholeheartedly with your attitude on aging. I'll be 74 in a few months and am working on keeping my spirit up and full of gratitude. You are a lovely woman and I look forward to sharing time with you. Blessings from California! XXX Maryfrances
Thank you, Maryfrances, First may I wish you a wonderful upcoming Birthday, with many blessings throughout this next year! Having a grateful attitude makes all the difference in your outlook for the future. Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Wishing you the very best, xoxo Sarah
Well golly gee! My older sister watched this video and was so excited that she said I should check your channel out. She also said you remind her of me so I tuned into your video. I immediately subscribed to your channel. We do both have the same attitudes about life. I recently finished cancer treatments and I am on my way to Great health! Embracing life at our age, being positive, and expecting the best is extremely important. I will catch up on your videos and look forward to many others.
Hi Deborah, lol I love the golly gee! Congratulations on being a cancer survivor !!! Hooray!!! Wow, Your attitude is amazing! You have inspired me, as I very much admire, the woman you are! Please thank your sister for watching and sending you my way, I am so grateful. Awww thank you so much!!! I will certainly thank my sister for you. God bless you and your good works here and elsewhere. God bless you, Sarah. -Deborah
My dr. has a nurse do those Medicare cognitive tests at a separate appt. from yearly medical exams. I took the first one, not knowing what it entailed and passed on any subsequent ones. When they call to schedule I just pass, and say I find them too elementary. They aren't mandatory and my dr. knows me well enough to know that I don't have any cognitive problems. I understand why they do them, but we "older" people are so much more with it than over 65'ers were years ago. Your story about practicing for the test made me think of my experience at the DMV last time. I couldn't read the eye chart and don't really need or want glasses to drive, but the examiner passed me anyway but said I should probably get my eyes checked. So I looked up a copy of the eye chart and I'm going to memorize it before my next DMV exam. That probably really is cheating :) Always enjoy your visits with us. Laurie
Hi Laurie, I so get what you are saying, "older" isn't the same as it used to be, we have truly come a long way. Never liked those goofy tests, I mean, really !? Lol, Love it, where there is a will, there is a way. I hope you memorize that chart well, and I hope they use the same chart , lol. Best of luck, you can do it! I always enjoy your visits and appreciate hearing from you Thank you and have a fabulous day! xo Sarah
@@marystauss4340 I appreciate your concern, but here's the thing ... I was kind of speaking in jest. The DMV employee would NOT have passed me on the eye exam if he had thought my eyesight was so bad as to be a danger to anyone. He would have told me to get checked and come back before he would have issued me a new license. And I am not vain about my eyesight. I wear glasses most of day to read and computer work. I actually like the way I look in glasses. So there's that.
I know you hear this a lot I’m a 53 year old woman and I feel young in my mind but I have to tell you you are gorgeous like and you’re very blessed to just be and I think no matter how many times you tell people this they’re not gonna listen you have it. God bless you
Yes, Michelle you are so right, it is a great thing, it takes a little more work sometimes, but keeping an attitude of gratitude makes it so much easier, and maybe throw in a little determination. too (lol) Hugs Sarah
You am so thrilled that your back on RUclips please never leave your such a gorgeous stunning woman I remember back in the day you used a Bobbi brown blush can you tell me what your using now as a blush again welcome back !!!
Thank you so much for watching and letting me know that you enjoyed the video, I appreciate it! Sending early birthday wishes for a fabulous and healthy 76, Blessings Sarah
New subscriber. As a little girl, I remember thinking that women grow even more beautiful with age, partly because of the wisdom and life lessons learned on their journeys. I am 49. My Swedish mother is 89, still as pretty and sophisticated as ever, and says she feels younger and freer in spirit now than she did as a young woman, because she does as she pleases and doesn’t worry about pleasing other people. 😅 You are beautiful, down to earth and graceful BTW. Blessings to you! ❤✨️
I started traveling at 64, group tours at first, now I travel solo, I am 73 now, have been to, London, Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, Ireland, than by myself back to Dublin, Ireland, Back to Rome, Italy, Lisbon Portugal, Barcelona, Spain, Vienna Austria, Slovakia, Greece, 3 Greek Islands, Edinburg Scotland, and the Highlands, Brussels Belgium, Czech Republic Prague, Germany, and the end of March Croatia, and Slovenia, I think it helps me to have a goal

thats so wondeful! whats her secret? how does she keep going do you think?
You are absolutely stunning. Super classy!!!
Thank you so much, Monique ! You made my day, You are so kind! xoxo Sarah
I just found your chennel..I'm 76 and agree witk you. You look amazing..people also can't believe I'm 76 . Yay for our generation
Awesome, keep taking good care of yourself and continue to find joy in the journey, That is great to hear. Thank you so much for commenting and the lovely compliment. Have a fabulous weekend xoxo Sarah

My hair isn't grey yet but I love it on other people ❤
My mom was not vain.. didn't wear makeup, naturally beautiful lived to 77
@BECKis
My mom too .
Meeting new people is the biggest challenge. Staying social is huge-but not easy…
@@janetbartell7433
Am in the opposite.
You go girl! Am 79 and looking nice, and groomed. Why not? Each day is a gift, and we are the package, ribbon and all! ❤
Love it!!! You summed up it fantastically! Thank you! xoxo Sarah
As age is just a number, I get this!! You look and express beauty and grace!!!
You go girl- I’m 77 and I agree 100%. I’ll never be bonded with these fashion gurus, many fashions are timeless…
I’m so happy to see a lady your age with long hair! It’s just the style I’m planning on wearing while rocking gray hair when I decide to ditch hair color one day 😊
Thank you, You made me smile, I love your attitude! xoxo Sarah
I love her hair too and I'll never cut mine shorter than hers. I'm gonna have the same hair too, just the curly version 😄
Do it now. Dyed hair need makes you look younger. Have a great haircut maybe longer and well conditioned. Never had so many compliments since I did this

I’m turning 70 on Feb 12. I’m having a hard time but trying not to go down that rabbit hole. That for your video. It’s a help👍
Dear Cherie, Happy "70" birthday!! Hope you had a wonderful day to begin a new exciting journey!
Hi !! It's wonderful to see you here! Yes, it has been a few years, time flies. I hope all is well with you, You made my day!! Love Sarah
I agree that a smile is our best accessory.
Hello 👋Beautiful Lady 🌹..How are you and the weather condition like ?
You have a totally wonderful attitude and I know that is your secret for joy. I am 71 and I really appreciate your inspiration. I am so happy to find someone in my age group to listen to.
Great positivity and well presented. You were lucky to have a Doctor that could chat for a long time. These days in the NHS Doctors don’t usually have the time!
You are very right, we ladies have to take care of ourselves. I love getting dressed up at 68. Take care. God bless.
Lisa ❤️❤️
Your little dog in the background is the image of ours, she keeps us young, playing and walking with her every day is such a joy
Carlos
Really loved your attitude to life , so comforting to listen to you look lovely very natural but you obviously care ,your hair is great !
Thank you so much for this lovely comment! You are so kind. Wishing you a fabulous weekend! Hugs Sarah
OK…I just need to listen to you every day!
Perfect idea! Thanks for sharing! xoxo Sarah
I actually have finally decided to TOSS the hair
color and go grey!
Thank you so much for you very kind comment, I appreciate hearing from you, and may God bless you! Hugs Sarah
Every stage of life has problems.
You looked amazing!
I think you are right about being social. I know many elderly people who don't like going out not even to visit their relatives.
Oh Sarah I truly needed this video today. I am having a bad health and a bad work day. I watched this 4 times while I exercised! 🙂
I got a kick out of imagining you and your friends gathering for coffee and practicing for your memory tests! Not cheating at all!
Thanks for brightening my day and for getting me through my workout. ~Elizabeth
Dear Elizabeth, I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a rough day, Wishing you a much better day tomorrow. ... You are the best! 4x of me, lol . love you.
It's just my comfort zone, I guess. lol
I look terrible in peach.
Thank you and a big hug sent to you! xoxo
I'm 75 and I'm with you on all of this, I start each new day as a beautiful adventure.
Agree 100% because it is❤
I'm 69. The best part of this age is it's all about 'do what you wanna do'! Love it!
76 should be the new 56…love the hint about the nude lipsticks..I too use a wide tooth comb for detangling..and style ..I love it!!Great attitude!!❤️
Lol, love it, 76 should be the new 56, I'll go for that, lol... Thank you so much for watching and leaving me with a smile Hugs Sarah
You are soooo gorgeous! Thank You for taking the time to share this helpful information with us all ❤
Hi Sarah, I really appreciate your videos!

I like that your hairstyle is long and you look great. I was told never have longer hair when you’re older.

You are an inspiration, please keep making these videos, God Bless you 😊
Thank you and God Bless you! xoxo Sarah
Love your hair and over all style☺️
Thank you! I appreciate it, xoxo Sarah
Love this! I'm 49 but I'm starting to notice some (very little) short-term memory loss but it bothers me.
You are absolutely stunning!!!!
Thank you for your very sweet comment! xoxo Sarah
Love love love your channel
Thank you so much!! I'm overjoyed!! Have a great weekend, looking forward to hearing from you again, xoxo Sarah

Well first of all you look fantastic! I love your attitude.

I always enjoy your visits and appreciate hearing from you Thank you and have a fabulous day! xo Sarah
You need to get an eye test! What if you cause an accident and hurt someone else because of your vanity about your eyesight?
@@marystauss4340 I appreciate your concern, but here's the thing ... I was kind of speaking in jest. The DMV employee would NOT have passed me on the eye exam if he had thought my eyesight was so bad as to be a danger to anyone. He would have told me to get checked and come back before he would have issued me a new license. And I am not vain about my eyesight. I wear glasses most of day to read and computer work. I actually like the way I look in glasses. So there's that.
Yes, you are appreciated 🎉❤😊
I know you hear this a lot I’m a 53 year old woman and I feel young in my mind but I have to tell you you are gorgeous like and you’re very blessed to just be and I think no matter how many times you tell people this they’re not gonna listen you have it. God bless you
It's a great thing to get older and feel enthusiastic about life
Yes, Michelle you are so right, it is a great thing, it takes a little more work sometimes, but keeping an attitude of gratitude makes it so much easier, and maybe throw in a little determination. too (lol) Hugs Sarah
You am so thrilled that your back on RUclips please never leave your such a gorgeous stunning woman I remember back in the day you used a Bobbi brown blush can you tell me what your using now as a blush again welcome back !!!
I Agree 💯 you look Great
And we all get older, it’s the natural progression of our life,
Enjoy your life ❤
Enjoyed, our attitude and investing in ourselves makes all the difference!
Love the positivity. I think it’s great you do make up every day. That would be a great habit for me to adopt.

New subscriber. As a little girl, I remember thinking that women grow even more beautiful with age, partly because of the wisdom and life lessons learned on their journeys. I am 49. Blessings to you! ❤✨️
