I had pancake for breakfast too. I made one big banana pancake, and the banana was super ripe and sweet so the pancake was so soft and moist. If anyone wants the recipe: 🍌🍯🍪🍁 1/2 cup oats. 1 banana. 1 egg. 1/4 tsp baking powder. Splash of vanilla extract. 1/2 cup water, ( maybe a little less, ) or milk of choice. 1/8 cup of stevia to taste. Pinch of salt. Just put it all in the blender and blend until a smooth pancake batter forms. I put mine in a round baking dish lined with parchment paper, sprinkled on blue berries, and stuck it in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes give or take. The edges should be firm and the center should be not raw, but just enough cooked. You can cook it in a pan, but i find the it burns very easy thatway. You can also cut the ingrediants in half, I almost didn't finish mine.😅 Note💡: you can swap the banana for a half of an already cooked sweet potato, apple sauce, or yogurt.

I'm one of the few people who enjoy it as its low cal and super yummy but babes even I would be gagging after a bite of that crumpet Next time try using less or if u dont like marmite have it with low fat butter or even organic peanut butter.
