yes it is James, Ron's coffee shop, you will most likely won't ever be "too deep" when it comes to call backs and sorts on this show, it's truly amazing to watch
Wild I never clocked that the woman playing Susan who owns the house they took over in the same actor who plays Howard Hamlin’s wife in Better Call Saul. I’m so bad with recognizing actors.
You're right ab the coffee shop! It was in the first scene in the show. Also the dog pound is a good parallel with the 5/9 hack as nothing changed after they released them with all the dogs ending up back there anyways, just as e corp still remains in power over people through currency even after the hack, it goes to show dreams like these are never that simple & easy

James you went off script - You're supposed to be a character in *Elliot's* head, not Darlene's! You had to go and put that deadly though in her head... that e-corp exec's death is your fault too.
You are doing a great job. I am loving seeing bits and pieces of the show again through your experiences. Having seen them all, I can imagine how you will be putting all the pieces together when you finish all the episodes.
Can I recommend a show you would love? Taboo from 2017. Ridley Scott produced it, Tom Hardy's father directed it, starring Tom Hardy as a smart rebel with an inheritance taking on the East India Trading Company in Victorian era London. It's is Tom Hardy's absolute best
laughing with a full belly once darlene hits cisco was SOOOO FUNNYYYY. A you are correct, this is the season in which darlene died, poor girl. For some reason the whole story arc with Mobley and Trenton is so freaking sad and heartbreaking to me.
I notice James is back to referring to the Dark Army itself as White Rose instead of it just being the hacker herself going by that name. Is this another call back I wonder? 🤔 OMG! Maybe Elliot really is talking to James when he breaks the 4th wall! It’s all starting to make sense! 🤯🤯🤯
Crazy thing that when we first hear about "1 top % of the 1 top %" Elliot's speech it means like only talking to himself (with us) and nothing more and this ep you finely realized - that speech was already there before and that plan was there before he told to us for the first time! It was big thing already. It all make sense.

Bruh. Darlene was gonna let that poor woman go but then you had to say something. How could you?

Mirror's Edge reference? You sir, are a man of distinction and taste.
I still wish Portia Doubleday did a full cover of "Everybody Wants To Rule The World'. I'd put it on my Spotify daily mix fr
