So amazing to see so much space in the engine bay. Must be nice to work on an engine without taking apart half of the car like with modern Audi’s

Beautiful. Amazing how much of the Mercedes-Benz influence is still in these cars, even though they sold them off years prior. The exterior profile is very similar to an old 280E, as is the dash.

The Audi 100 C1 is part of the rise of modern Audi's after Volkswagen aquires Audi. This Audi was very popular in the '70s. Also, the Audi 100 C1 rivals two German mid-size luxury sedans which are the Mercedes-Benz W114/W115 and the BMW 5 Series E12.
