Thanks Giorgio, I am going to apply a lot of the Spring-Summer 2022 trends in your reporting vlog. Fashion show location wise, I was surprised that Detroit was a site. I wonder how that came about, and interesting choice.
Yes interesting one, the Bottega show was held at Detroit's Michigan Building Theatre... I think Daniel Lee picked this location because Detroit was the source of inspiration for this collection, that happened when his flight was off (or sth similar) and he had to spend a day in Detroit.
@@GiorgioSanzio Maybe Detroit is an overlooked city on the global stage and even on the US stage. I've never been there, but would love to because I heard it has some great art and architecture. We often hear that the city experienced tremendous economic decline due to a shift away from heavy industry and that caused urban blight and high crime. Maybe the city is redefining and regenerating itself. I see that Detroit is Sister City with Tokyo, so undoubtedly it has a lot going for it because that partnership is prestigious and not easily earned.
I can‘t remember the last time when I was so excited for the spring/summer trends. I love almost every trend of this year 💯
