I dunno, I spent some time under bridges as a kid. That sounds weird. I mean I was a free-range 80s/early 90s kid and we would sometimes just hang out under bridges as part of a bike-riding adventure etc. I always wondered what it would be like to spend a night there. Other place I wanted to spend the night was in a department store/mall after it was closed. It just seemed kind of illicit and fun. Perhaps I was just odd. Or maybe Edmonton just has particularly enticing bridges?

I slept under a bridge once in China. Luckily a quiet road, but very cold and limited gear. Have had to sleep outside on the side of highways before though. earplugs! you'd have slept like a baby if you had some. I usually just wear one in case something or someone approaches. 2. "Some snickerpuss..."
Oh Steve your innocence is so refreshing.
I also liked his description of the hotel beautiful wife was staying at
Steve: If only all bridges were like this, the world would be a better place.
Also Steve: That was the worst night I've ever had.
I bellowed with laughter!
Lol..He actually says, "the world would be a perfect place," which makes the shift of attitude all the more hilarious
Freakin love this guy.
As soon as Steve's videos start, I hit the like button before I've even watched the whole thing because I know he's always awesome!
All the other guys assembling under the bridge trading stories of how they ended up there;
Steve's turn: "Wait a second guys while I thank my sponsors for step one"
Steve: Everyone's childhood dream is to sleep under a bridge.
Everyone: ......huh?
Marilyn Causey I must have had a deprived childhood 😂
I dunno, I spent some time under bridges as a kid. That sounds weird. I mean I was a free-range 80s/early 90s kid and we would sometimes just hang out under bridges as part of a bike-riding adventure etc. I always wondered what it would be like to spend a night there. Other place I wanted to spend the night was in a department store/mall after it was closed. It just seemed kind of illicit and fun. Perhaps I was just odd. Or maybe Edmonton just has particularly enticing bridges?
Same!
Treehouses for me!
I built an awesome tree house with two girlfriends in 5th grade. Multistory, partially carpeted, in an elm... well before we lost most elms.
I will tell you Steve, you never disappoint. Always interesting and very much a hoot. Keep them coming. I do not know how you are able to do so many.
Awesome video!! I've always wanted to camp under a bridge myself. This video took my mind off of the election here in the US. Ughhhhh be safe Steve! 🍻❤👍
Same here.
Just wanna take a second and say thanks for all the videos. You’ve gotten me into getting outside and buy camping gear and enjoy the outside. My kids ages 2&6 love camping. There is no other thing more enjoyable than seeing there eyes light up when you mention we’re going camping. Btw they are huge fans of the channel too. Again thanks Steve for getting me away from busy part of life and helping push me to create awesome childhood memories with the kids. Cheers mate.
Congratulations on hitting 400k subscribers Steve. You’re the man.
Haha “Bridges; Nature’s shelter.” I love when bridges grow so healthy and big!
Be driving over the bridge and get an instant smell of steak .. lol
That comment just proves that whatever you are thinking, someone else is probably having the same though...
I slept under a bridge once in China. Luckily a quiet road, but very cold and limited gear. Have had to sleep outside on the side of highways before though. earplugs! you'd have slept like a baby if you had some. I usually just wear one in case something or someone approaches. Then you can still hear/sense. I recommend always having an earplug or two in your kit.
Steve you made me laugh with the comment about lying on the ground waking up to a syringe in the knee and the camera gear comment;love your videos and stay safe out there in your adventures :)
“Bridges...nature’s shelter!”
Cave: “pardon me?”
Natural bridges do exist! There's a nice one in Texas.
brilliant video , Steve is a star .
My girlfriend and I have a running joke that you role-play as a hobo and this video cinches it...
Lol, love the vids Steve
Just read in "Atlas Obscura" that Canadians consume three times as much Kraft Dinner and other cheesy noodles as we do here in the U.S. THREE TIMES! And Steve's helping.
Love your content, this is like the advanced training we didnt get in the Boy Scouts. I think you need reservations to get a spot like that anywhere near Seattle these days.
"The bridge is nature's shelter. No tent required."

Lots of bridges out in nature. Lol
"'Cus it ain't sleeping under a bridge unless you're drinking straight whiskey" LMAO
Looks like this video pushed you past 400k subscribers! Congratulations, couldn't happen to a nicer bloke
"There's just too much noise here to get up and feel fresh and go to work." Steves Bridge Accommodation review on TripAdvisor

"Bear spray not that I expect there to be a bear problem but I am under a bridge with a bunch of camera gear" priceless.
I love my isobutane stove, even use it sometimes at the house when the electric range doesn’t have enough heat
