Costco it was there and purchased it three weeks ago. I love it. I read the whole Bible several times, but he is going slow. Adam and Eve And how are eyes are open when man eats from the tree and blames the women for this. Great story Then, Cain and Abel which are the first rebels of who is right. Cain. He worked the land and grew food Abel was the Shepard who cared for animals. Two different process. I am on chapter 2. Take your time reading this book. Portos Bakery book Club Downey Ca.. Frank 😅😅😅
Reminds me of reading Jung & being frustrated by self-objectifying ideas like 'the unconscious, ' while appreciating his "until you make the subconscious conscious it will direct your life and you will call it fate." While l wonder what Jung would have made of the recent psycho-physiological revelations from neuroscience research, like the highly influential 'The Polyvagal Theory' & its mapping of the evolution of our human nervous system? How it helps understand the 'implicit' meaning of the ancient ritual you describe in the context of how we 'explicitly' created fire by vigorously rubbing 2 sticks together? And is this related to the way we reach 'orgasm' through the vigorous working of our sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems? While Peterson's psychological self-deception is manifest in a too literal sense the abstracted sense-of-reality inherent in language and his cherry-picking of verses in the Old Testament to satisfy his fixation with chaos & order. For example, why does he ignore the first sign of the covenant in Genesis, as the thermodynamic nature of the universe or cosmos, manifest within the phenomenon of a rainbow? A thermodynamic nature replicated within our unseen reality and manifest as affective-states of consciousness. A comment based on reading and rereading Alan N Schore’s masterpiece, 'Affect Regulation & the Origins of the Self,' which explores the unseen reality of Jung’s notions of our collective 'unconscious.'
It’s just my first impression. I’ll continue to create more videos as I get through ideas. There’s too much to do in one video so I decided to break it up. Include everybody as a move alone.
When I saw your Thumbnail on my homepage I thought "Did David Goggins upload a video about Jordans new book?'". But seriously thanks for sharing your first impression! I really enjoyed the video :)
@ oh. That comment is not correct. What I meant is I’ll keep listening even though there’s little resolve and no clear bottom line. I’m about 5 hours in on audible and to be fair to JP, I have poor mental focus so to understand what his point is, is hard for me. That said I feel like listening is like a descent into his mind( and I don’t mean descent negatively) and of course I’m fascinated by JP he is so well educated, Brillant and has an incredible Soul and Heart.
I really appreciated this. I enjoy the way you approach this information. I’m working my way through it now so I’ll come back to this video again
@@mtarlo215 thanks! Come back & chat anytime.
I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do! Much appreciated.
Thank you so much. That really means a lot to me.

It is my pleasure.

Portos?! I used to go to the Portos in Glendale and Burbank. I'd read anything to get in that book club.
I really appreciate your thoughts and comments on the material you’re reading. Thank you.
Good video my friend, keep us updated with your thoughts about this book :)
Thank you! Will do!

So abstract. I keep listening from resolve and bottom line
@@HeatherGoolsby definitely. But it’s some thing that I’ve really enjoyed so far.
What do you mean by listening from resolve and bottom line?
