I don't know about picking that blood cloth early on. They might be free but it lock you out to other disease. If you don't pick blood cloth when the doctor did a heart transplant, you still have other option to do direct damage to it, rather than relying on collateral damage.
multiplayer please! It'd be so cool if you could do a community series and everyone matches against random people from the channel and you do a highlights video or something

My aunt is a skin cancer survivor. The bad news was that she had to go through hell for 6 years but good news is the cancer is not a threat to her. She still has to take medicine for it. Which makes me 😀
So outside this, is there nothing more to the game? Plague Inc seems to have more things to do... and seeing how you stopped at this. Does that mean there really isn't anything more to do in this game? Kinda a shame if so.
