Nice tour. Metal roof was awesome. For the kitchen I would have preferred spice rack drawers on either side of the stove/oven (spice on one side, utensils on the other). The butlers pantry was awesome, needed a second dishwasher. I also prefer the Side-mount garage door openers.
It certainly is not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I truly think the use of space is what makes this property so unique and loved! We appreciate the feedback.

I don’t know what the setback regulations were but there was so much wasted space in front. Seems like a better idea to have a smaller front yard and have more yard on the back.
There are actually quite a few. Waldsanger is a newer neighborhood that is very similar, but on the higher side of that price point. Meghan’s landing offer similar lot sizes while still being very nice properties in the price point. $850K for 3200 sq ft, custom, nice finishes, SA region is a great price. Similar houses towards Bulverde/Spring Branch are $950-$1.05M. This is as low priced likely bc its area isn’t as developed.
The "half" car garage is mainly for golf carts. In this area, you see people drive them around to different local spots. Castroville is that small town Texas living, just outside of San Antonio!
Haha, unfortunately this property does not have either of the two. It is fairly close to the major Microsoft data centers, so I would assume it will have no troubles with the grid. Microsoft pays pretty good money to make sure all is in tact for their facilities. We appreciate the feedback!
