Outstanding video!!! It's always a pleasure to watch you and your team create beautiful pieces of furniture. Whatever type of wood is used, the piece will be magnificent. The Canadian Black Walnut was really nice. Glad to see the new machine in the shop, getting ready to work. Watched the arrival on Instagram. Can't wait to see the new equipment in action. Haven't seen Charlie in several videos. Glad he's making appearances again. Keep up the good work!!!

Another piece of artwork (in the form of a table) from BFWC and its crew. I'll say it again - you guys are amazing. The Canadian Black Walnut has a very distinct grain pattern - I like it. I'm still not going to believe that you have a new sander until I see the video of it working - LOL. Stay safe.

The Canadian Black Walnut seems to be more subtle than some of the California Walnuts

I'm in London, ON... tons of killer black walnut around. A couple of the local arborists slab it up and sell it for crazy cheap. There's also Canadian Woodworks not too far away who is also a fantastic supplier. 80% of my woodworking is in black walnut, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

A stunning table as always. Dont you guys ever get tired of them? Or is it that the beauty and interest is in the fact that every piece of timber is different, so making each table unique.
Very much impressed with the new sander. Yes it is a lot of money with all the extra power, air and extraction but hey you have to spend the money on something then why not the best equipment. It will pay for itself in quick time with all the work that you guys produce. Look forward to seeing it in action. Cheers Michael.

I assume someone has already said this. The only way deseil engines will work is via electric from for glow plugs to the battery. I love the Amish and respect them for their efforts in doing 99% of what we do not only without electric but in all of their lives. All that said. Great build. Awesome wood. You really got some great wood from the Amish.

A diesel engine with a mechanical fuel pump doesn't need "electric" anything to run. The starter needs power to turn and that's it.

Great video. I like the color of the darker wood. It seems to set off the epoxy color making the color richer and deeper. I really like it. Is the wood you used for this table more expensive than your typical walnut? Do you have to ask for it and is the wood delivered in a timely fashion? Lastly, Are the price of your products such as the ceramic line etc.. ever going to drop in price? Anyhow, great job scratch Charlie behind the ears for me....

Because it soaks it up more than the resin does, so we end up adding more oil to the wood than the resin

70/30 in favor of the oil? I'm surprised the urethane is as high as 30%. The oil is clearly superior. If you want wood, enjoy the grain of it.
