    Belyashi with meat without yeast in a hurry
    Ingredients:
    For 12 pcs.
    Kefir (warm) 300 ml
    Egg yolk 1 pc.
    Vegetable oil 25 gr.
    Salt 1 tsp.
    Sugar 1 tsp.
    Soda ½ tsp.
    Flour 400 gr.
    Meat filling
    Assorted minced meat (beef, pork, turkey) 400g
    Onion 1 pc.
    Salt, pepper and spices to taste
    Add 1 yolk, sugar, salt and vegetable oil to warm kefir.
    Next, mix and gradually sift the flour, first half the flour, then add soda.
    Stir and sift the remaining flour and knead the dough. Lightly grease a bowl with vegetable oil and place the dough in it; the dough will be very tender and soft. Cover with a lid or film in contact. Leave for 15 minutes.
    Preparing the filling
    Chop the onion, add to the minced meat, then salt and spices. Mix everything.
    Forming pies
    Lightly grease the working surface with vegetable oil.
    I form the belyashi in vegetable oil, not in flour, so that it does not burn later when frying the belyashi.
    Divide the dough into 12 parts, each piece is approximately 63g, and roll into a ball.
    Lightly grease your hands and work surface with oil, take a ball, slightly stretch the round cake, make it a little thinner at the edges, add the filling and form the white dough. Leave a hole in the middle, press the whitewash slightly, make it flatter. Next, fry in heated vegetable oil, placing the whites with the hole down. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side
