You have offset your gratuitous CO2 emissions from the welding bottle by drinking natural brown beer instead of gassy fizzy cold lager…..

I wonder how many "spare contacts" you will end up with? It's the worst part, knowing witch one's were connected in the first place! And i really hate the blue plastic thief connectors, they should be banned! But well done with the welding! Excellent work!

Outstanding work as always. I just discovered some rust on my 'rust free caifornia car'. Apparently the mid muffler had a heat shield to keep the heat from melting off the under body coating. Well, the heat shield pulled a Houdini sometime ago, cooked off the protectorant and left a nice hole the size of a dinner plate. Still trying to find sheet metal that goes under the drivers seat (LHD) but no luck. Since its an area that will never bee seen, 15 gauge steel patch sounds like a permanent solution.....and a new heat sheild:) Watching this restoration makes me feel lucky.

Finally Richard your getting there that is the worst job on these cars. Had the exact same thing with mine utter nightmare with the wiring as well, great job with all the metal bending and shaping brilliant work.

Love your videos, both informative & funny. Been watching your projects for a while now & can't understand why your subscriber numbers aren't a lot higher.

Some great progress there, Richard, and best of luck with that electrical spaghetti 3D jigsaw puzzle. As for releasing a couple of blasts of CO2 into the atmosphere, I suppose it makes a change from the more usual blasts of methane in those out-takes videos! 😉

Fine job on the bulkhead repairs, thats the easy bit done so all you have to do is sorte out the pile of spaghetti which is mascarading as a wiring loom.
Am i right in thinking that the car is converted to LPG because from what i have seen on the internet fuel stations are backing away from LPG in favour of EV charging points so maybe the customer might agree to pulling out the LPG system.Just a thought.
Anyway onwards and upwards with the fine work.

good series on this rust repair - quite challenging with good result in the end considering the large expanse of body panels involved. well done.
