I’ve got one of these running 0.5 ohm and it never gets hot, and pushes my subs with ease, these amps are in my book the workhorse of amplifiers.
Exo used to live nearby where I live and work and I used to see him at car shows and events. Always full of energy and loving life
I love EXO's energy... dude has been doing his thing for a while and I'm happy to see him build his van up like he has. Hes definitely put in a lot of work.

I've always been a big fan of exo and where he's a fellow mainer and I was excited about his build when he described it, but damn it's been going on for sooooo long. I know life has interfered but the videos are so uneventful for awhile, like today I'm polishing the screw heads to a mirror finish! That's an exaggeration but not far off. Well if you had 2 hungry subs for $600 you could either strap 2 per sub or one per coil
Yeah, I gotta imagine in an insane build like that, efficiency has to be pretty damn important.

Does anyone else think that the welds are going to be shaken off the chassis with that much power and bass? It's going to be interesting to see how one can run so many amplifiers with a vehicle. Doesn't seem possible. Hope he doesn't go deaf any time soon. lol. Hell, I have one quality JBL sub in my house and shake the walls with it! Thanks Big D for the heads up and video.

Put your phone at 60Hz on the input and connect the output to your electric panel with the meter removed from the socket and it would run your entire house! 😛

Active cooling is DANG nice on paper......
But engineers know fans fail commonly. All it takes is a 20 cent fan not blowing for a couple minutes to ruin your $XXXX amplifier.
That's why they build in over current protection to (hopefully) prevent such things from happening. 😂
Amp is cool.... but..... I think you can save $1000 and get a MD8k amp better Watt x $ value

HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO THE ORION 5K?
How are you getting 11,000 Watts into your lab, for these amplifier tests??? Does the Dyno run on 240 Volts with a 50 Amp breaker or what?
I use 320aH of Yinlong LTO cells and (4) 100A power supplies. The Amp Dyno doesn't provide any power at all, it just reads the output power from the speaker leads and requires 12-16V DC power to operate

Ok so made in Korea (Zenon or S&I) for double the price of JP’s Koreans? Those two houses build amps for HALF of the US based marketing companies (aka “brands”). Wolfram, Skar, Adere and so many more. Same shit. Different box.
The benefit here is the amp is doubled up inside with very efficient cooling. It’s designed to fit more amps in less space lengthwise

You’ve tested hundreds of amps, so if I’m asking you, the testing pro, you should be able to have a non-politically correct answer: “yes Sasha, this feature X makes it worth twice the price” or “no, Sasha, this feature is cool because of Y but does not make the double price worth it”. Your passive aggressive tone on brands you don’t give a shit about is obvious, and your super uppity excited tone on brands whose ass you want to kiss is ALSO noticeable. So you can either be neutral or skewed but not both. Pick a side.

I have a 3rd gen ia20.1, and it is by far the best amp that I have ever used, beast amps for sure. In a perfect world, I would have their new ix4.1 on a pair of stereo Integrity hst15s.

8:43 BS about nothing - even the most budget computer has water cooling it has lots of power sure but it just a normal amp - spdif would be cool then you could get rid of the headunit change the crp wire terminals maybe just a power rail piece of metal with holes drilled into it then treaded for 10 mm bolts you could do that on both in and output - if you going to blow on about this and that at lest do something good

The IX6.1 is on god mode this amp did 82% efficiency at 1 ohms it’s hard for a mono amp to do that at 2 ohms so why haven’t you hit the buy now
Came with high expectations, and this amp did not disappoint - count me impressed!
He constructed a loft, various huge shelving, and workspaces within his massive garage, by himself, with utmost attention to detail. This is something I would do, but I doubt I would complete quite as much!

Dude, they have all that power, and then he does have half style work. You know, he doesn't get any of the words certified or whatever. It's not to code of any still trade standard. S, it's like these guys have all these channels. And people are following them, but they don't have real jobs. They don't have official careers, and it's really just fabricated. It's amazing that these guys are making so much damn money. And they never had to go to schools. They never finished the apprenticeship. And I don't think any of them are cardholders or have any degrees in bachelors of science and engineering. It's hilarious to me.

Yes it is a great idea for EXO to have these high power amps. I am proud of him doing this I been on his channel well over 9 yrs and prove this hobby is worth the money getting into.
The minute I seen the first one of these amps get dyno on Steve’s channel. I knew I wants to ditch my Crescendo amps and go with these. Just the fact that the size is WAY WAY smaller sold me. I prefer smaller footprints

Nothing special about this. Any company out there building quality amps could produce something like this with that much space. The amps huge. And kinda ugly imo. But regardless still a cool powerful amp all around

I care about 1% distortion because clipping destroys subs if you want to demo at high power and for longer periods clipping kills so i prefer to know how much pure clean power i can get
