Another good way to approach the problem is to give yourself a time limit.
When you get home from work say to yourself "Okay, I don't have to clean the whole house right now but I do have to spend at least 15 minutes cleaning things up before I collapse on the couch."
When the 15 minute timer goes off you might even feel like doing more cleaning but if you don't at least you'll feel much better while you relax.
My WILL is INFINITE.
Self-knowledge > Intentionalism > Willpower > *Motivation* > *Objective* > Execution > Physical Resistance
If motivation = ∞ then will = ∞

I love yall, but this example is stupid. Whos going to periodically wash dishes over a week? Whos going to get their hands wet and gross, only wash 5 dishes, and then do it again the next day???
Someone that need to ´build up some discipline.
Yeah the actual example is quite ridiculous and unrealistic but the point still stands and can be applied to lots of other, more understandable things. I guess you can't always create the best metaphor, example or "what-if" scenario heh.
please , if ou really re-upload ....dont do it , your videos are awsome and your subscribers are surely willing to wait for NEW videos :3.
and if you might need help finding themes , just ask your subscribers through a video.
:go to sleep earlier: I go to sleep as early as possible, thing is, it's not that easy to FALL ASLEEP, it's not as if you're in a cartoon that you go in bed and suddenly you're asleep. smh
Our sweet tooth is a gift of God. EVERYONE HAS ONE!. Thats why we should eat more fruits like other anthropoid like creatures. Chimps and gorrillas eat plenty of fruit as stalples and when have heard of them being diabetic or obese. Embrace your sweet tooth. Eat fruits. They are your friends.

This is a poor experiment and the conclusion may be something completely different from what is stated here. But if it helps people get off their addictions, vices, bad habits, butts, etc... then it has accomplished its goal.

Control is a falcity and discipline is the ability of doing something the does not want/wish to do.
PS. There was a comment on here that I couldn't respond to for some resion saying that happiness doesn't exist; well the truth is that happiness does most certianly exist and that happiness does not mean stagnenity in fact it means quite the opposite: for in what better envinroment to make advancements and make things better then in one where thi basic needs are taken care of and the feels resion ably secur; truly is there a better place from which to start making things better...
