A lot of people think mediation is just for hippies or mystics, but we here at WellCast are telling you that's not the case. In fact, just 10 minutes of meditation a day can have huge physical and mental benefits-so why delay? Today, we're going to do our first 100 seconds of meditation together. Learn the proper breathing and relaxation techniques, and then let us know what meditation did for you.

My primary school does Christian meditation every morning to relax us. After we pray for something like : I'd like to pray for the people affected by the bush fires" and we also have a minute of silence after the teacher does the chimes.

I like to meditate but it's hard to make yourself just do it. I really enjoyed it when I did it in school with calming music and others around you. After even just 5min of focusing on your breathing and relaxing your muscles, you feel so much lighter afterwards in some way.

As harsh as this may sound, this is exactly how you make people unsubscribe. As far as I'm concerned, my comments are not making an impact on the issue of your daily re-uploads but I feel it necessary to ONCE AGAIN inform you that this isn't doing your channel any favors.
If you want people to watch your old content then you should use less unorthodox methods to do so. Your perfectly functional Facebook page should suffice.
I only say all of this because I adore WellCast and I don't like the direction it's taking lately. All I ask is that you not keep your WellCasters in the dark about what's going on over at WellCast HQ, I think we at least deserve to know what's going on.

Do a video about how to gain willpower, I'm ALWAYS doing my homework the day before or being lazy i side, not actually doing what I want to do ^_^'
What do you look like? I'm always curious of the person's appearance when all I hear is a voice. It made me feel great. Consistent deep breaths giving lots of oxygen definitely helps.
I've heard about an alternative to the goal of "not thinking about anything" - instead look at your thoughts objectively. Are they correct (basically, see if they are automatic thoughts or not)? I think that's better than the "nothing" goal.
I do this about 30mins - 1hr a day. I normally feel more rested then sleep.

I use meditation to help me fall asleep cus I think too much at night and my heart is beating too fast out of anxiety or stress.
Can you meditate with relaxing music in the background?

That's actually pretty normal. Try expelling your thoughts with each exhale. It helps sometimes.
