I have not tried Killing Spree yet, as the cooldown didn't line up, but I assume that would work too. Hey simon fantastic video but do you recommend swapping glyphs for each fights and which fights would you do that on? Like swapping from ur single target glyphs like SS AR to Fan Slice.
As a combat rogue I am green parsing on a majority of fight and purple on 2 fights in ICC. I cant figure out why since my uptime is good on buffs. What should I focus on during log review to identify my issues?
most of parsing comes down to kill times and fight strategy, if you are hitting something for the entirety of the fight and pressing your buttons correctly you can't really do much more on your own.
@SimonizeShow does the rotation for assassination rogues change at all with the new 4 piece bonus. With tricks giving energy now and our finishers granting 3 combo points it seems we will have only have to do one mitilate into envemom over and over. We get a chance at energy back dependent on our combo points when using a finisher too, so I am curious how we should be using energy efficiently.
The 3cb chance is roughly on avg 1 of out of every 13 finishers according to the notes sections of the sim sheets available. I cannot answer for anything else you asked but do with that prior info as you wish as it won't be as often as one would like.

A quick (general) tip for Lord Marrowgar that applies just the same to Rogues: the Coldflame patches that Marrowgar drops during Bonestorm when he dashes to a player will ALWAYS be perpendicular to the path he travelled. Basically imagine a fairy wand with the star replaced by an X like so: ----X. This way you'll always be able to immediately predict where the Coldflames will be, allowing you to pre-emptively re-position without stress and wondering where the flames will be.
Meanwhile ferals whining about a nerf to a BUFF they specifically received to help them out due to bad base damage in the early tiers. Shit, even after the projected nerf they were still miles ahead many other DPS, such as enha. Just goes to show how whiny feral players are. Blizzard buffs specs that scale well but have bad base damage, but specs that scale poorly but have good base damage can get fucked.

rogues still pump but pretty sure simonize was playing more for safety than damage so not going to be pumping quite as hard
im definitely playing very safe on progression like this. my goal is #1 to do the mechanics properly and secure a kill.
