    • @KingNefiiria
      @KingNefiiria 5 лет назад +1

      The idea that something is healthy or unhealthy is complete bull.
      Everythinh in excess is unhealthy. But since we have to eat to survive, not eating anything isn't an option. You have a balance of meats, fruits, veggies, and carbs, and you're pretty much set. We need sugar, we need salt, we need protien, we need carbs, we need calories, we need cholesterol, we need everything. Just don't overdo it and you'll live a pretty healthy life

    40 minutes at 425 almost certainly over cooks them. I bake large chicken thighs at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes all the time. Weekly. So those small wings definitely can go for less. I would recommend something more like 15 or 16 each side. Maybe a test run of two to three wings cooked at different time lengths. There is no reason to over cook them.

    Long story short (too late) one day I was chopping up two chickens to get the pieces, in Aus it's hard to find breasts with skin on, so I had four wings. I made a flavoured flour and milk thick slurry. The consistency of thick pancake batter, dipped them then panko crumbed them and baked em. My thought was to take one step out of the breeding process and make a little coating ala KFC.
    To get to the point I make them like that all the time now. Delicious. Highly recommend it. Much easier than the three step breading.
