Ty for going step by step and not assuming everyone knows how to cut down wings ect. My Mother and Grandmother both disliked cooking. My Italian Mother-in-law taught me quite a bit but RUclips channels like yours have been so helpful since she made her journey to the other side. I’m a homemaker and my partner thanks you! 😆 ❤ God bless
I knew that somewhere on RUclips there was an honest soul who knew what he was doing. We don't have many good recipes for chicken wings in Scandinavia, but now we have seen the light. Thanks.
I like how you explain the reason you do certain things, and how the little extras do make a difference, like spraying the pam on the grate, lining with foil (makes for way easier clean up).
It's GAME NIGHT!! 🏀 Stopped by rq to get some pointers so I wouldn't have to spend time frying over the stove. I just oven-fried a few nights ago...so this way, I knew, was PERFECT!! Been a subscriber for sooo long. Finally got someone to try out my recipes n im not cooking alone anymore. Real chefs hate not being able to feed their masterpieces to someone hungry for good food. I come to you everyday for tweak ideas!! Chef to Chef...Thanks a million AB!! YOU DA TRUTH!! 😉👍🏽❤️
My husband and I don't cook much. On a whim we decided it's time to grow up and use the kitchen. Tried your recipe and it's an absolute hit. Thanks for sharing your skills.
My brotha you are the truth I made them spicy chicken sandwiches my kids loved them im making these wings tonight I want to thank you for what you do. You show us how to cook like our people used to. keeping the soul in the food and you taking the grease out. Thank you for your channel
@smokin’ & Grillin with AB Just made these and it is pure fuego!!! Only thing I did different was add a tsp. Of honey and after tossing in the sauce, I threw em back on the rack and baked for another five minutes. Omg so good. Thanks again AB
Hello Ab, me and my dad been watching you a lot after I showed him that Chicken sandwich Chick Fi La copycat recipe. Your the man bro I love your recipes.
Before watching my man AB videos, i could barely make scrambled eggs. After a year on these videos, my woman think I’d done gone to a damn culinary school. I owe you one big dog.
AB You dat dud for real I really like to see my brothers get in the kitchen and on the grill. My pops taught me well God rest his soul … never wait for a woman to cook for you learn how to cook for yourself!
I recently discovered the MAGIC of corn starch slurry and you will never convince me otherwise that its the absolute best in making consistent fried chicken
Mine came out delicious. Alternatives used 1. Olive oil instead of butter- 2. Nutmeg instead of all spice 3. Coconut flour instead of white flour. 4. Liquid Aminos instead of Worcestershire.
AB . Those look damn good bro . The absolute best wings in the world come from Chinese restaurants. Sometimes I buy them then coat them the way you did yours . Good gracious they are the best wings IMO that can be had
Thank you so much for this! I've never chopped a wing into pieces and was surprised when I opened the chicken I got at the store and they weren't chopped (I'm a newbie to cooking) I clicked ur vid and u showing how to chop was so ez and fast. Hopefully they come out good!! I get wings at wingstop but they are 16$ plus tip every time. I wanted to make wings myself since they are at the store for 6$ and I wanted them to not be deep fried just so they are a little healthier 😋 ty
I love your channel! I have stepped up my cooking game just by watching you. I wonder with these wonderful wings if you have a good ranch dressing recipe? I'll be watching...
Hey 🆎 Wings are my fave. Fried, baked or grilled I'll take em! They take flavors really well. Gotta try your sauce because I find the bottled stuff needs help.
Just finished my 1st attempt. I followed the recipe exactly. The wings turned out well and I'd say it was a success. However I did 20 minutes at 425°, flipped them, then 15 minutes and they hardly browned at all so I left them in for another 6 minutes. they still weren't as brown as in this video and were a bit flour-y but not too bad. Also this recipe calls for about twice as much buffalo sauce as needed. I only poured half into the bowl and coated the wings as much as possible and there was still sauce left after removing the wings from the bowl. Also a bit unsure if he meant 1/2 CUP of butter or 1/2 STICK of butter. I used 1/2 cup and seemed like a lot. Still my family and I liked the sauce and we'll tweak things a bit and try again.
I had the same issue with them not browning, so I ended up having to deep fry them and then coat with the sauce. I omitted the added salt to the hot sauce because it already has plenty. I also added some honey to it. I made 10 pounds of wings for a Sweet 16 party .I tripled the sauce and it was definitely enough for that. Also, I used Cholula Hot Sauce because I don't like Franks. It was delicious and I had none left afterward.
Lol you're a cool guy, I've definitely used some of your tips in my meals. I admit, I'd put th chicken back in the oven a couple minutes for a quick, crisp, glaze. Anywho, the fact that u have a "I'm not gonna over talk it" shirt is funny and great marketing. Gotta buy 😁
Hello A B and family your Buffalo chicken wings look delicious thank you for sharing this. God Bless you and your family from a viewer in Toronto Ontario Canada
Good video. I fermented my own cayenne hot sauce with peppers from the garden. I used mostly cayenne's, but also some red poblano's, and Peri Peri (similar to cayenne, but hotter), and garlic from the garden. I did this specifically to try to do buffalo wings this holiday/football season. Though, I want to try turkey wings. Only things I may change: My own sauce instead of Frank's :) Instead of baking powder, I would try cornstarch, or maybe add both. I know cornstarch adds to the crunch, not sure about baking powder...yours sounded good. When tasting my sauce, I don't think I need cayenne powder...it's plenty hot. I also smoked my peppers so it has a bit of a smokey flavor. If I used Frank's, I would consider adding liquid smoke...I like that "smoked" addition to the flavor. The "W sauce", Worceshire? That's an interesting add that I had not thought of that I think would work well with my sauce. Overall, you gave me some good ideas and a basic "how to" to follow. Thanks.

Make a nice stock with that
Stock all day. Not sure of the difference between broth and stock but I'm gonna guess that the marrow from the bone is involved...

We need a "This right here" T-Shirt. Seriously, good stuff as always. Thank you bro

Dvmba$$ has to call it “DUBYA SAUCE” cuz he’s too stvpid to know how to pronounce it. Can’t even type it out in the video description.

I’m the same with the cooking times. Maybe he cooked them with the oven fan on (fan forced)

Awesome video! I keep the wing tips on an crunch them up after they're done baking for a snack for my dog while we're watching the game😅
