- Middle of the Night with Phil and a possible seizure coming on. This is my old boy Phil (Amanda’s Dog) and I wanted to show & share how much are dogs are a part of our Lives @ Incredible Tiny Homes & are Beautiful Communities 🖤🐕🦺🙏🏻

I was up with my Beagle Beau at 3am this morning, poor baby had the booboo’s everywhere. He initiated my new incred-I-cottage floor 😵💫, gave him meds and he’ll be fasting the next 24 hrs…my dogs and horses are my ❤❤
Coming from experience it’s unnerving when our pups have seizures, my Buddy had grand mall”s and was on phenobarbital…sure miss that ole boy, lived a happy long life of 16.

Such a sweet dog. Our dog had seizures and we got him on phenobarb. Has been seizure free for 11 1/2 years. You might want to look into that. Watching your puppers go through a seizure than not recognizing you when they are coming out of it, is the worst in the world. Hang in there. Hugs to you both.
My 13 year old Princesa has been suffering from seizures for 8 years now, gave her Keppra , in 2020 it got so bad (she has grand mal seizures every 20 min and they had to sedate her for it to stop), the vet suggested to put her down, his younger vet partner suggested to try with phenobarbital and it worked , now she hardly ever has seizures only when she is super stressed out . This medication gave her a 2nd chance to live and she is doing well on it. Very healthy and still active 🐕🐕🥰. God bless all puppy mom and dad's ,🙏🙏

He looks just like my totally Black Chihuahua I got 2 yrs ago. She and her mixed dog brother both sleep with me and go with me everywhere. I also have a rescue cat I love. ❤️ I have had dogs my whole life and I was born with an intense love for them, just like you. I would have more if I could but I am alone and have a very small yard. My babies and I have a heart connection. Bless you all.
Maybe because people care and want to try and help....maybe that's why.

Oh my, Phil is so handsome and intelligent. He definitely loves you; he's one of your Guardian Angels. Love that you kept the 'Ivy Window'. Never apologize for keeping or having anything that is important to you and part of your life. If something in life, no matter how small or insignificant, gives you happiness, fulfillment, and contentment, don't worry about what others may say/think. The only thing that matters is that it makes you smile and makes you happy. If more people treasured the simple things in life and were more sentimental, it would be a better world...

One of my dogs that was 17 passed away a few days go. He was a good boy and had a good long life. Love on your dogs and give them lots of attention.

Yeah Phil has that dazed look I get just before a seizure too. According to my seizure doctor that state is considered a true Aura. And you can get just auras with out the full seizure. But still just as serious. Phil looks very happy and comfortable with you. He's a smart boy.

A week ago I had to put my Brady down, Im absolutely crushed. We were a team for 14 years. The hardest decision to ever make. How do you do it? How do you survive the intense grief? I can’t imagine having other dogs and going through the grief process when their time comes. I think I love too much? Can’t imagine doing it any other way. Love to you Amanda❤

Sweet Phil! I could almost feel his long, silky ears as you were petting him. Do you think he maybe is having anxiety attacks? (Could a bad dream or something have set it off, since he's coming to you at night to help him calm down?) I'm wondering if the person who commented about CBD wasn't right. Praying for Sweet Phil to feel better! Ask your vet, but I know you can get CBD gummies for dogs online, delivered.
Amanda you are so right dogs are a big part of our lives I have a 90 lb lab yes she is big and she gives me so much pleasure and llve she love my companion to death I think she likes him better than me but he is 74 and has some health issues I’m soon to be 73 just had my second shoulder replacement in less than a year so I do get it the dog thinks she get to sleep with us it’s do funny
Amanda I had a boston terrier that had seizures. It's so sad. I never got used to it but could handle it. Blessings

My dog had seizures and she slept with me. CBD helped. After 3 years finally learned she had a brain tumor that took her life. She is missed every minute ❤
