Please consider also making one that is at or under 120 sq ft roof 'footprint', at which size no permit is needed. For a standalone guest room, office, etc.

The Cottage is 10x20, not 10x24. The Birmingham is 10x34, not 10x30. 😊

These are built as a DIY....decorate it yourself. People have done amazing decor outside and inside their homes to make it their own.
