The reaction time for the Hellcat driver was actually terrible, you can tell he only used about 30% throttle when the light turned green. I clocked my quarter mile time on my dashboard at 11 seconds, he shouldn’t have ran a 1/4 in 13 seconds lol he would’ve got annihilated by the Tesla either way though

I've been a demon fan since 2018 and I know that a sub-10 run is extremely rare stock. They average around 10.2 with full setup on race fuel and pcm with a good driver and good track prep. It's mid 10s without setup. A stock demon has no chance against a stock plaid. The gap won't be measured in "car lengths" but in "bus lengths".

Two things, because I couldn't resist commenting on this video.. That was nowhere near what the charger hellcat can do in a quarter mile. That track looked slick and that start was horrendous for the charger, it didn't travel more than 10 feet for at least 2 full seconds. And even if it had a perfect start, it has about 300hp less than the tesla, and the tesla has all-wheel drive. So even on a perfect start, a 700-some horsepower rwd car similar in weight to a 1,000-some horsepower car with awd would never stand a chance. But yes a tesla plaid beats everything and makes everyone look slow. Makes me actually consider getting an electric car sometimes.
Didn’t even watch the video. When you see a Hellcat with OEM tires on it don’t even watch. It will just sit and spin. That said even with a drag pack it would take a lot of mods to keep up with a plaid.

Nah. Tesla Plaids will generally run low-mid 9,3s at 148-151 mph STOCK. Wishful thinking those upgrades will be enough to be an all wheel drive 1020 hp Plaid in the 1/4 mile. I like the Hellcats a lot but you have to be realistic.
