@@Stonyboot Yep. It's something that isn't realized by many. Understandable to think high % would be better. But the science of how it kills germs/bac/virus cells makes the 70% ratio apparent. Basically, the higher % alcohol desiccates the cell wall too fast and actually protects the core, keeping it's moisture. Thus allowing it to survive and recover. 70% ratio is the golden ratio. Has enough water to not desiccate the cell wall so fast so the alcohol has time to soak in to the core and actually kill it. I get the 99% in boxes of 500ml bottles. Mix that w/ 210ml distilled water. Much better then the gel hand sanitizers which, these days, are dodgy at best and it's way cheaper and leaves no film on your hands. Good for cleaning too. :)

We are happy to share, it was a great trip. It was a bit rushed, but we still got a good taste. It would be nice to return sometime in the near future!
When I watched you take the fuel cap off the truck before fueling, I noticed all the dirt that had gotten in around those filler necks. It is amazing that the car companies are selling these vehicles without fuel caps and that you need to purchase one like you did to protect your fuel inlet from letting all that dirt settle in there. These trucks DEMAND super clean fuel. I am just amazed they think none of that dirt will end up in your fuel tank only to cause havoc at some time later down the road. Nice job handling the truck through the slick stuff. I have the same in a single rear wheel and when you have a camper on the back skidding takes on a whole different meaning.
The truck came with a plastic cap, but they are notorious for leaking and letting stuff in. I bought this filler cap on amazon since it has a better seal. I’m disappointed with the quality and style of the filler neck, its plastic and prone to break. So far, it hasn’t, but on a $62k truck, you’d think they would give you an actual cap. The road was actually pretty grippy, the snow had a favorable consistency. If it got nasty, I would have put the chains on. We don’t want to lose control…
You need to run your heater hoses inside your camper with a heat exchanger and blower to keep it nice and warm while driving and it works great . Even with liquid floor heat you can tie in with check valve and a bypass valve. Check in to it if you do enough clod weather camping you will save a ton of propane !
I've seen systems like this, but they would be complex to disconnect. We don't spend enough time in the cold to justify the complexity. However, if I were to build a custom overlanding rig, I'd look at a diesel heater and possibly a heat exchanger for the truck/camper.
NFS and NP's have had a hard time keeping up with the demand of folks in the Parks. There will be issues along the way. Just remember you're still blessed with traveling and viewing these wonderful National Resources. I told the Forest Ranger last week I consider it a honor and privilege to visit these places.
Agreed! We feel very grateful about our lifestyle. We get to see some amazing places and meet incredible people. And National Parks definitely shouldn't be takes for granted!
Are you aware it's illegal to fly drones in NP/NF? Do you have 107 certification? Highly recommend, so you don't get in trouble with FAA or Authorities. Just a FYI! Great adventure and it seems to fun experiencing winter. I love your content!
I'm no expert, but I think that crow was actually a raven. A raven's head and beak is shaped differently than a crow's. Plus raven's are larger and they have diamond shaped tails. And that road looked like a bomb site!
I'm definitely no expert, I had to google the difference and I think you are probably right. That road was really, really bad. Bomb site or the surface of the moon, crazy.

I'm your newest subscriber......LOVE what you are doing! Boondocking exclusively is at the top of my bucket list. Haven't completely decided what type of RV yet but it will have a SOK 600AH bat. bank, Victron 3,000 Multiplus, 600 Watts solar on roof ( roof size permitting) another 200 Watt suitcase to chase the sun on the ground. I DEEPLY respect the way you handled that horrible road....obvious that you take care and respect your equipment........I was a Semi Driver for twenty years and then a Deputy for 17. I lived by "take care of your equipment and your equipment will take care of you" Loved your snow scenes.....I love winter and will be a 4 season camper also. Rick
Thanks for the sub and thanks for watching! We do use campgrounds and such from time to time, mostly for maintenance or when we can't find anything convenient. But, ya just can't beat camping for free in some amazing location. Good luck with your search/build, it sounds like you have a good idea if what you want. The road was pretty rough, too rough for my liking. Speed is the enemy in that situation , so nice and slow back out. I try to take care of things, I don't like to get behind on maintenance. Your slogan is 100% right!
Snowball fights don’t always end equitable lol. Thanks for the terrific drone footage at the end. You have really grown the video skills. Safe travels RUclips fam.
Beautiful snow, glad you're taking safety serious and allowing the traffic behind you to pass. We lived in Colorado for 14 years, had my fill of driving in the snow.
Great show you two. I had to turn on my furnace after watching this. LOL Hey, I use to winter camp in a tent and one of the best parts is there are no mosquitoes or any other bugs.
My dream, one day when I get tired of pulling this 40’ fith wheel around this is what I want to do. Truck campers give you so many more beautiful options.
Somedays, I wish I had a 32'-38' 5er, I miss the space! But, for now, we LOVE getting out into the middle of nowhere! I'm sure we will change someday, or get a larger camper with slides. The great thing is that it's fairly easy to change your setup.
Switch to Anderson levelers, you’ll throw those orange squares away like we eventually did. Anderson’s make leveling super easy, we’ve never been happier. OH, they would’ve been easier to remove in the snow. Nice video, thanks for sharing.
I’ve looked at them but have some issues with how they work. I need to adjust individual wheel height. I can select 1, 2, 3, or 4 blocks to get my desired leveling. With the ramp style, I’d need to adjust the distance from the tires and gauge height on distance traveled. I think they are a great idea, but I see them mostly for lifting none side of a 1 or 2 wheel trailer. Any advice on using them to level a truck camper?
Great videos. Great couple…May I also say Sasha has the most beautiful smile! 😊 My wife and I love to camp with our travel trailer…I’m only now just thinking how much fun it could be to Winter camp as you are both enjoying!!!
Thank you so much, we appreciate your kind words! Winter camping can be challenging and we prefer summer camping instead😁. We just happened to be driving past Grand Tetons and couldn't miss the opportunity to camp and explore the park.
Hearing you say filling propane tanks to 4.6 gallons (if i heard correctly) just gave me so much anxiety lol even completely empty we'd never fill them past 4.2 gallons. We've had people get them overfilled in the past like that and it lit their decks on fire cuz they use them for their bbqs. They have an automatic shutoff in them that should never allow them to get to 4.6 gallons. Be careful! My work fills propane tanks (I've been filling tanks for just almost 5 years now) from that same size all the way to the big 100lb tanks (that hold 22 gallons) and over filling is a huge problem. That being your vehicle and your home, I dont want you to go thru something bad with your propane tanks. It could literally catch your whole rig on fire
A 20lb propane tank holds 4.6 gallons of LPG. That is where the OPD will shut off. According to many industry websites: 20 lb Propane Tank Dimensions: 1' 6" in height and 1' in diameter. 20 pound propane tanks are often referred to as grill cylinders and hold 4.6 gallons of propane when full. 4.6 is normal when the tank is empty.
I love your adventures! You show the greatness and the gloom! I’m a huge fan! I’m glad you made it on that road, it can be a white knuckled drive at times! But please, Jackson HOLE is the area/valley, Jackson is the town. Keep up the wonderful videos!
From northern Wisconsin walleye are best in winter. My truck camper handles it great and keeps me nimble enough to blend in. Constantly at boat landings/roads close to shore watching tip ups if u know what those are. No problem.
@@Stonyboot yeah here I was bragging it handles it great and I accidentally let my water pump freeze (cold temps snuck in and I blew out lines but forgot to run antifreeze into pump). I'm simply going to plug into shore power when not in use and keep my furnace set at 55. I'm in this thing constantly and don't want to mess with antifreeze if I don't have to. Hope that pump thaws out and works properly.....
You guys are great. Love your Adventures. Its great to watch your travels. Having a campervan myself - and travelled through Europe - I understand the freedom. Love fm UK.
Camp shovel….. ☑️ Wyoming Winter Haiku…”You cannot break a leveling block that’s already broken.” ❤️ Ground blizzards and black ice are common phenomena in a Wyoming winter. Be careful out there!! Having spent lots of time outdoors in Wyoming and Montana, I love the cold, crisp, freshness of the mountain woods winters.
Thank you! We do carry a small shovel with us just in case. Wyoming is incredible. We know winters can be harsh out there. This is why we chose to quickly drive by and come back in the summer to explore more of this beautiful state!
Nice drone shots at your camp site. Sasha's got quite the arm on her when it comes to snowball fights, lol. I have seen the Tetons from the Idaho side, was clear and sunny when I went thru. And as for the remark "I'm old, I'm 40", Scott your such a pup, lol. Ooooh to be 40 again. Can't wait to see part 3.
Thanks! Sasha did have some good shots, especially the handful in my face! I knew that someone would comment on my 40 year old remark. But, while making that statement, I was reminiscing in my head about my teenage years of driving like an idiot, without a care in the world. Now, the sense of responsibility and fear of a mistake shows how I've changed. 40 is young enough, but it's not quite 17 😞
Subscribed, and boy have you earned it! WOW, you put a lot of work into your videos (and it really shows)! You must take a ton of time getting your huge amount of b-roll. And your editing is SO good - the cuts you make, the way you stitch together a flow of story, and I LOVE your music choices. Just the drone sequence from 29:00 to 30:00 alone earns an eager subscription. WOW - gorgeous - and perfectly paired with such beautiful music. Your drone work is so, SO good - glassy smooth and framed just perfectly. Seriously, that sequence is like out of a major motion picture. Very, very well done!
Well wow, thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you like it :) There a lot of guess work involved and it's nice when the end result is watchable. Music selection is one of the most challenging parts of the process. I use Storyblocks and Epidemic sound for stock music and spend a lot of time browsing for something that will have the right pace and feel. Over the 3-4 days we made that 3 part series we recorded about 25 hours of footage. Each video takes about 30 hours to edit, give or take 5 hours.
We drove threw Yellowstone and visted Old Faithful and that was about it we were there at prime time and was like down town LA. We went up to Tetons par and camped on a huge lake that was full of cut throat trout and we had the whole place to our selfs. When ever we got a good snow we would jump in our 4x4 pickup and hit all the back roads and try to find people that were stuck in the snow and we did this just for fun we never charged a single dime and it was all for fun, and always a good time. Get your stuff at Jackson Hole and take in the sites and then cruse up to Tetons park on the lake and have moose in your camp and they are huge but stay far away form the cows with a calf she will protect her calves with her life and I’ve seen cows run over the top of bears and send the bears packing !!
nice winter camping, Ive been having some mad crazy 60mph winds here in SW South Dakota. Hunkered down here for the winter. Happy you are still Getting Out and Seeing America! Cheers. For your next trip, west yellowstone have great camping just 6 miles outside town west on I think hwy2
just came through there this fall nice place also a cheap diesel heater hook into your truck system and helps a lot and also burns off humidity in your rig, and i carry a 4 way hose key never had any gas station or store refuse me to fill up water on their outside hose bib and i also carry a hose bandit for places that may not fit my water hose great content
A diesel heater would be nice, but we don't plan to spend much time in the cold. I have a hose bandit and have used it a few times. I don't have a key, but people are usually kind enough to help. Most of the time, gas stations attendants have no idea if its ok, but, frequently they say sure. We use apps to plan our our water fill ups and it's been pretty successful so far. If we ever got really stuck, I'd just go talk to people and I'm sure they would be happy to help!
Please be careful using your engine brake (or cruise) in any snow or ice, especially on a down grade. Your saving grace is the weight on your rear axle. Please check the manual for warnings. Love a cold camp, I run my 120" sleeper propane heater November and half of December on one 20 lb. tank. Think about an auxiliary engine coolant heater for your Backpack. Nice and warm when you stop. Enjoy!
If the wheels slip, the exhaust break disengages on our truck. The road was pretty grippy and I frequently check the conditions. Also, in a situation like that, I'll run in 4x4 to distribute the engine breaking force front and rear ready to hit neutral if needed. We don't really plan to stay in the cold weather for long, so I don't really want to invest in extra equipment for staying warm. I'll just drive south 😂 ! What kind of truck to you drive?
@@Stonyboot Freightliner FL106 with a 120 inch sleeper. Gotcha on the runnin South. Your comment is correct about the learning curve. RV everywhere you can. Rv'd 49 states and trucked 48. Never driven engine brake and traction control interfaced, good deal.
Good evening from Godley Texas, I love the snow, but over confident drivers in four wheel drive vehicles scare me. When I lived in Alaska they were the most vehicles to be off in the ditches. Hopefully you'll have better driving days ahead. Great scenery. Stay safe, stay warm.😎
Hello again! I see that all the time, people passing others with their 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles. Helps you move forward, but doesn't help you stop any faster!
You have to go to Mt Rushmore when drive around the corner road and one of those heads is sticking and I just great to see. The Gorge is a Royal gauge not that Bad we road horse back all the way up to the back side of the mountains and inner side of my legs for three days and we seen a Snow White mountain Goat it was amazing to see him.
They are great, but, not what we need. We spend most of our time on pavement and that would kill them in short order. We do carry chains for when things get really slippery. It's like studs that you can take on and off :)
That's no fun! Many people disagree, but we always leave our second tank OFF, I'm happy to go change it in the middle of the night, knowing that I have a completely full tank. For me, relying on auto changeover valves means that if I have a leak or other problem, I could end up with no propane. I've had 3 regulators fail and leak on me, so I really like having my second tank closed and ready for action. Did you have anything freeze?
What cool videos, I really enjoyed watching both of them. Glad you were doing the driving. I could actually feel the cold just looking at you two. The only thing missing was a nice toasty fire. But I'm sure there was restrictions. Quite the experience guys. Would definitely like to see more of your journey. Bob Little, FLA.
Thanks, I do love the sound. It's all stock, but still has a nice rumble. I'd love to have an older diesel with straight pipes. My stock truck doesn't have nearly enough turbo sound! Do you have any video/audio of your truck online?
@@Stonyboot I do not but have alot of video of my trip to the west from S.C. back in June.We visited seven national parks. I am purchasing a go pro this week and everyone thinks I should start a channel. We don't travel full time but I'm working towards it.If you send me a link I will send you a short video of the old truck. Its a beast lol
Great video you guys! Loved Sashas comment - we're at 6500 so we can breathe, which is good! Hahah Yes breathing is good hahaha You guys are awesome thanks for the videos!
Great videography; towards the end you were back scanning with your Drone and giving us a 3D affect of sorts on our Large LED. That's how vivid that caption was. We're here in Miami, Fla watching and seeing our palms tree next to the pool lol. And feeling a chil 🥶from the A/C lol
Haha! We'd rather feel the chill from the A/C than from these weather conditions!🥶We went to Florida back in 2019 and spent a couple of months there. It's a perfect place to spend winters in!
We were headed that way and decided to head to Southern Utah. We are from U.P. and were trying to avoid Snow. We went to Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Then we hit Winslow and back to the Yoop.
The U.P. Is absolutely gorgeous! We were visiting friends there and we fell in love with the landscape. And Utah is one of our favorite states! The National Parks there are amazing. We can’t wait to go back there!
You have to to Jackson Hole to the million dollar cowboy saloon and the bar stools are saddles and don’t put your feet in the stirrups after you had a few you will get hung up and break you nose !
Are you guys already well outta my stomping grounds? I really wanted to meet up with ya'll! Also, x2 on the exhaust brakes. Our Rams have the best in the industry! Lastly, my father instilled me with a bit of knowledge I'd like to pass out to you and anyone else who would like to know it: Keep your thumbs on the outside of the steering wheel. If you get in a crash, the airbag will explode outwards and break or severely injure your thumbs. He was an accident reconstructionist for the highway patrol for over 20 years, so I'm sure he knows what he's talking about. 1.6 gallons for 24 hours? Wow! That's not that efficient. I'd love to do a comparison video between our campers. that being said, I only have another couple weeks before I'm dry camping up here in the north country. It's just too stressful making sure I have enough battery and propane to keep up with the cold temps. I have noticed in similar temps, I can make a 20 lb tank last around 4 days. it would be a really cool video to compare the differences between the Aldi system and the conventional forced air furnace(of which I'm not a fan). I am only on 2-12 volt lifeline AGM batteries that give me a total of around 130 a/hr of energy, so I am very concerned with power consumption currently. Up here in the north country, solar( I have 2-100 w currently) is not the best option for maintaining power, so the struggle is real when I full-time up here in the north country.
Yeah, we are in Washington now. We tend to run 2-4 weeks behind with our videos for a bunch of reasons. Whatever we post is going to be at least a couple days behind where we really are. Your dad is 100% right. Not only are the air bags dangerous, but if you hit something with the front wheels, the steering wheel has a tendency to spin and will take a thumb or finger with it. Don't ask me how I know... It's very good advice and seeing your comment reminds me to pay more attention. Thanks for the reminder :) Most RV heaters have similar thermal efficiency, however, the amount and type of insulation varies widely. The Alde is efficient, but the insulation is not as good as some other brands that are really focused on cold weather camping. We never had plans to spend much time in the cold, but we will make the best of it while we are in the north. Cold weather camping is definitely more demanding than fair weather. I still love the adventure!
@@Stonyboot well, if you find yourself in utah in december, specifically moab area, hit me up! I'll be down there all month and have my 6x6(as seen on my channel) that I'm going to have a lot of fun with down there and you're more than welcome to join!
Please don't use your exhaust brake or cruise control when driving on snow or ice, it's the quickest way to the ditch there is. Stay safe out there and enjoy.
The exhaust break is integrated into the ESC system, I was in 4 wheel drive to distribute the breaking front and rear. The road conditions were actually pretty grippy and that was approximately 5 miles down hill. The exhaust brake kept our speed right where I wanted it. If it was icy, I would have used chains and no exhaust brake.
You think that's cold? Wait til January. Nice video of my home state. Sorry you didn't get to see the spectacular view of the Tetons after coming over Togwotee Pass (continental divide). Maybe next time!
You guys are blowing it. Ditch the propane heater and just use the gas for your stove and fridge. Install a 2kw diesel heater. You can boondock for days. They sip diesel and have next to no draw for the fan.
I agree that diesel heaters are night, but as a general rule, we don't camp in the winter. While this was a fun little excursion, we don't plan to spend much time in the winter. No sense in spending money on something that won't be used more than a couple times a year. But yeah, Diesel heaters are awesome! What brand/model do you prefer?
Great job driving in the snow. It only snows maybe once a year where we live (Eastern Shore of MD) and we are not skilled snow drivers. 😬 I’m nervous watching you guys drive. Safe travels.

Thank you! We always sterilize water connections, because we never know who used it prior to us. And that little spray bottle has been working great!

Beautiful journey...got married out there 4 years ago in Kelly,WY outside Jackson Hole...by Gross Venture Hwy
Are you aware it's illegal to fly drones in NP/NF? Do you have 107 certification? Highly recommend, so you don't get in trouble with FAA or Authorities. Just a FYI!
Great adventure and it seems to fun experiencing winter. I love your content!
You people are amazing I love it you’re the best
I'm no expert, but I think that crow was actually a raven. A raven's head and beak is shaped differently than a crow's. Plus raven's are larger and they have diamond shaped tails. And that road looked like a bomb site!
I'm definitely no expert, I had to google the difference and I think you are probably right. That road was really, really bad. Bomb site or the surface of the moon, crazy.

Those ravens are crazy during the summer remidz me if the movie "The Birds".
I lived by "take care of your equipment and your equipment will take care of you"
Loved your snow scenes.....I love winter and will be a 4 season camper also.

This is my dream...my bucket list to camp in grand teton...
It has been on our bucket list too, such an incredible place! We hope you get to camp there someday.
@@Stonyboot i have been to grand teton but didn't camp there ...i would like to return there to camp in wyoming & colorado in the future...
That area is absolutely spectacular too! We loved Wyoming and Colorado.
Very nice, keep up with such content and photography is also great.
Thank you very much! We’ve been very busy and haven’t been making as many videos, but we will be back to normal soon.
We look forward to more videos and hope to be friends 🙏
Of course! Thank you!
Bird was a raven, extremely smart bird.
Snowball fights don’t always end equitable lol. Thanks for the terrific drone footage at the end. You have really grown the video skills. Safe travels RUclips fam.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Beautiful snow, glad you're taking safety serious and allowing the traffic behind you to pass. We lived in Colorado for 14 years, had my fill of driving in the snow.
We try to be mindful about the traffic behind us! We know how it feels to be stuck behind a slow vehicle😂. And yes, snow in Colorado is no joke!
Wow guys thank you so much for all your hard work.❤️🙏
Thank you for watching!
I have to do a quick mental maths from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
Beatiful scenery!!!!
Safe drive .
Thank you so much!
Great show you two. I had to turn on my furnace after watching this. LOL Hey, I use to winter camp in a tent and one of the best parts is there are no mosquitoes or any other bugs.
Lol!😂 And yes, no bugs is always great!
You guys fit in quite a bit in one day!! / thanks for sharing your adventures 🤙
We did!😂Sometimes it's the only way to get chores done and still be on time. Thank you for watching!
We camped at Teton lake with a view of the mountains and the lake full of cut throat trout !
That entire area is a true wilderness. Such an amazing landscape!
Another great episode folks. We are mapping it to fold into our Spring 2022 Adventure. .
Thank you! Washington State must be really beautiful in the spring.
@@Stonyboot to keep you from always being on the edge of maxed out weight wise would you move up to a larger truck to haul a heavier camper.
Hardcore driving conditions. Well done. Not too many travelers there this time of year !
Thanks, it was pretty quiet and we didn't have to deal with much traffic! We love the off season time of year at National Parks.
@@Stonyboot I tried replying twice, it keeps getting deleted
According to many industry websites:
20 lb Propane Tank
Dimensions: 1' 6" in height and 1' in diameter.
20 pound propane tanks are often referred to as grill cylinders and hold 4.6 gallons of propane when full.
4.6 is normal when the tank is empty.
Beautiful mountains even with the incoming snow!
We agree! We absolutely love snowy landscape. We just don't like spending too much time in the winter.😂
I love your adventures! You show the greatness and the gloom! I’m a huge fan!
I’m glad you made it on that road, it can be a white knuckled drive at times!
But please, Jackson HOLE is the area/valley, Jackson is the town.
Keep up the wonderful videos!
Thank you so much! We try to share the ups and downs of this lifestyle. And thanks for clarifying about Jackson vs. Jackson Hole!
From northern Wisconsin walleye are best in winter. My truck camper handles it great and keeps me nimble enough to blend in. Constantly at boat landings/roads close to shore watching tip ups if u know what those are. No problem.
Those are some harsh locations, but perfect for ice fishing. I bet your TC makes an awesome base camp!
Love fm UK.
Thank you so much! We can't wait to visit UK someday!
Jackson is one of my favorite places on earth
Ditto! We loved that area.
I like to watch more cooking video to get some ideas when I go out door camping.
Thanks for the idea! We’ll try to incorporate more cooking in our vlogs😊
The propane guy was really nice. I always try to find a campsite before dark also.
He was awesome, and such a cool voice! We do our best to get to camp before dark, but it doesn’t always work.
GREAT truck camping video. Winter camping is not common. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much!

"Your blocks will not break, if they are already broken " 😆
That was my moment of wisdom! 😂
@@Stonyboot I can guarantee you’ll enjoy “Big Wonderful Wyoming.” Safe and warm journeys! ☀️

Thank you for the tips! And sorry about the winds, hopefully they die down soon. We experiences some heavy winds too when we were in SD.

Coming from Minnesota and now in Florida since 1995 I think I'll enjoy your view. Burrrr
I'm sure Florida is a little warmer at the moment!😂
Beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed it!
Thank you!
just came through there this fall nice place also a cheap diesel heater hook into your truck system and helps a lot and also burns off humidity in your rig, and i carry a 4 way hose key never had any gas station or store refuse me to fill up water on their outside hose bib and i also carry a hose bandit for places that may not fit my water hose great content
I like the slide outs for the propane on your 920 my 820 didn't have slide outs but they were still accessible.
Luckily the the compartment is heated, so we don't have to worry about it.
I was watching some of your videos Scott your are a very lucky guy take care of Sasha she is a very special and beautiful woman.
Aww, thank you so much! *This is Sasha* Scott takes great care of me and I’m very lucky to have him in my life!
I was in Jacksin Hole and the Tetons many years ago...But it was in July! Hit Yellowstone on the trip also. Fantastic!
It’s beautiful out there! We’re hoping to vive that are again in the warmer weather.

The Gorge is a Royal gauge not that Bad we road horse back all the way up to the back side of the mountains and inner side of my legs for three days and we seen a Snow White mountain Goat it was amazing to see him.
2 words ...."STUDDED TIRES" ..I love mine...on ALL four.
They are great, but, not what we need. We spend most of our time on pavement and that would kill them in short order. We do carry chains for when things get really slippery. It's like studs that you can take on and off :)
Great video! I woke up with 33 degrees inside my camper. Finding out both of my propane tanks went out during zero degree night. Brrrrr.
There is good vibe about u guys, very genuine. All the best in this journey of life
Thank you so much!
Great video with beautiful views. I try not to drive my rig in the snow. I have a few times and I was surprised how well she did. Enjoyed watching!

We don't use salt on Wyoming roads. It's sand. Then they go over it with a chemical mix. Can't remember what's in it right now.

Haha! We'd rather feel the chill from the A/C than from these weather conditions!🥶We went to Florida back in 2019 and spent a couple of months there. It's a perfect place to spend winters in!
Forget propane for heating the camper just get a cheap diesel heater and plumb the fuel pump to your diesel tank on the truck!
We don’t spend too much time in the cold, so we’ll keep it stock. But, I’d go that route if I built my own.
I can definitely hear that noisy Cummins in 1997 my Tool truck had the Cummins great engine but noisy. My Ford 6.7 was so quiet and I miss it already.
I love the sound of an old diesel, but not full time. I'd be happy with a noisy project truck, but not a daily driver.
We were headed that way and decided to head to Southern Utah. We are from U.P. and were trying to avoid Snow. We went to Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Then we hit Winslow and back to the Yoop.

GT is my favorite place. I try to go every other year at least. I also fill up at that Shell Station!
Grand Teton NP is spectacular! We can’t wait to see it in the summer.
Thanks for the reminder :)
Most RV heaters have similar thermal efficiency, however, the amount and type of insulation varies widely.

Found your channel and I fell in liking it quite a bit. 👍🏿
Thank you! We appreciate it!
Cold enough for us, we are headed south ASAP!
Stay safe Friends!
Thank you! We will!
Use hot water next time to get those block risers out of the snow
Thanks for the tip.
I would forget the leveling blocks in winter. Come up with self removing blocks and patten them.
Haha! That's a great idea!
"Patent".... generally cost $40k ...that was 10 years ago for a US only patent.
You could just pour hot water on the blocks, instead of breaking them with the pocket tool and banging them together.
Well, we didn’t break any blocks and sorry, we’re not going to waste any precios water and propane on water for the blocks 😂
Jackson hole is the entire valley, the town is Jackson, WY. Great video! Wish I was there with you all.
