I personally LOVE Estee Lauder ANR serum as my 'anti-aging' hydrating serum - it is on the pricey side, but it works for me. I would pair that with a simple & affordable drugstore moisturizer like CeraVe or Neutrogena ... and voila! You're done! Don't forget to add in a sunscreen too :)
