I agree, I got a sample before purchasing it, I would actually recommend this moisturiser to very oily skin types, for normal to dry skin it aint enough. I had to reapply twice because it wasn’t hydrating enough.
Thank you for your video. I have used various "high end" skincare for years. Recently I started using this cream, the Age Eye complex and CE Ferulic. Seriously I have not seen results like this in sometime. I will continue to buy. However, I do agree we could do with more product in the jar😊

I agree with you that I definitely need to use more than the normal moisturizer I would use, so the pot doesn’t last long. I also doubt if I will repurchase it.

I''ve been debating whether I want to splurge on it or not. Have you tried Stratia Liquid Gold? They call their ratio of cholesterol, fatty acids and ceramides the golden triangle...and its a fraction of the price. I found it slightly oily which I personally enjoyed!

I love watching your videos! I think you did a very good job in this review. I did not like this moisturizer either. Have you tried the Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid-Peptide Face Cream? I find this moisturizer better than Skinceuticals for half the price. I have really dry skin though so I had to apply my La Mer Cream overtop to enhance the more occlusive effect. 😊

As a product formulator, I think the inclusion of tiny essential oils is to boost up the concentration of mono-saturated fats in the overall formulation. Also the ratio and technology behind a product matters. Peppermint probably serves to give a cooling sensation (don't really know why its here" but some skin discomfort can be improved by peppermint oil.
This sounds exactly like my experience with the Le Mer face cream, just didn’t leave my skin feeling super hydrated. Do you have any favorites for extremely dry skin?
I totally get that! For extra dry skin I love the Origins overnight mask - it is super hydrating!

Yeah so does Ordinary but the quality of the formula is not the same, forget it.. there is a reason why medical grade brands like Alastin, SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals or Medik8 are expensive.

Go to your local health food store and buy lavender and peppermint essential oil, if you're into burning the shit out of your skin.
