I have used this for 20 years and mix it with my retine from my dermatologist to make the retine last longer and give it a smooth delivery on my skin ! I am 79 with sensitive and oily skin ! When I tell people my age they are shocked as it truly looks like 40 year old skin and that is from my Mixing the two skincare ingredients ! Now after 20 years I will try the Neogen micro serum! I am really enjoying the Lancome Advanced Genifique Face Serum. The packaging is so much more beautiful than the Estee Lauder night repair serum and has the same exact texture, even better, most of all Lancome doesn't irritate my skin like EL night repair does. Lancome Genifique Face Serum has Bifida ferment lysate prebiotic 10% as second ingredient to water , as well as hyaluronic acid and vitamin c. It has a very delicate fragrance and it's truly soothing on the skin, EL night repair has more of a shaper more herbal medicine type of scent to it and it feels a little sting on my skin but I had ended with irritation and redness from the EL serum, EL serum has a lot of claims but idk why it feels harsh on the skin for me, and also it has this ingredient, "Oleth-3 (comedogenic rating of 5), Oleth-5 (comedogenic rating of 3), and Oleth-3 phosphate (comedogenic rating of 2), I don't understand why these are in the EL advanced night repair serum but a comedogenic ingredient of rating 5 for me is a huge red flag especially that the claim in the description of the serum is "non-acnegetic won't clog pores" I'm not a cosmetic chemist but that just sounds bad when I looked up the ingredients and found this out. Overall i have switched to Lancome and I love it. I mix it with my EL double wear foundation too to make it apply more hydrating on my skin. I love EL but I think the formula needs to be made a bit more gentle on the skin.

Hi there! I do have the neogen real ferment micro serum. I got it last summer and I was layering to many products I felt it made me very sticky so I put in the fridge and stop using it. Now winter happened , and I gave it another chance it made my skin super plumped. The thing is the ingredients are in Korean and I have so many products that when I do my routine I go by ingredients, and I forgot what is in the neogen ferment. I’m going to use it now since you brought up all those amazing ingredients. The texture is gel and creamy and I will recommend to keep the routine simple when you use it. 💕🧚🏽♀️

I am 41 sadly ive tried so many things and so much just makes my face crazy. And the advanced night serum .. well my skin loves it. When I get samples my skin just seems to glow.. but im a single mom and my son is autistic and I cant afford to spend that on one item wish I could especially getting older.

The lancome genefique really seems to perform the same for me....but that's expensive too. However, Loreal has a youth code serum that has the same ingredients (in the same order) for cheap where you can find it. It's the exact same formula, made by the same company, for 1/8 of the price!
I feel like I always want L'Oreal's skincare to be...just a bit better. They seem on track in so many ways, but then they make a giant detour with too much alcohol/fragrance. Come on, L'Oreal - you can make great skincare!!

Dayu Pria my fine lines have disappeared with the Estee lauder formula, and my skintone became more even. That has remained the same when I switched to missha. I'm 37, so I started to see the first signs of aging before I started using this. My MIL is in her 60's and she experienced tightening of the skin and improvement in the appearance and softness of her skin as well. I gifted her missha, she wasn't familiar with the Estee lauder version.

Thanks for all the research that went into this video! I am currently using the neogen serum and I love it!! I am 32 and just started using 0.1% tretinoin (currently on week 4). It is a silky serum that def hydrates my skin especially during this flaking "retinization" period. It also does not irritate my skin and is the only serum I am using while starting out tretinoin. I've been looking for a dupe/replacement for the estee lauder anr. These recommendations all look good. The SCINIC one has sage oil as the last ingredient. Is this an essential oil or a more stable compound? My skin doesn't react well to essential oils. Also the Missha one you linked to is actually the new version with added fragrance according to the reviews. I've added the neogen to my cart/wishlist for a future order.
