  • Here's a fun little combo that includes spins, climbs, seats and inverts. I hope you like it! Below are the moves included in this combo :D
    Outside step
    Chair
    Pirouette
    Dolphin spin
    Post prep spin
    Climb
    Cross knee release
    Forearm bow and arrow
    Handstand down
    Spin up
    Pirouette
    Spinning climb
    Aerial invert
    Genie
    Snap dragon
    Genie split

    Hi! I really love your work. Do you have any advice to get better at pole fitness? I have been in classes for over two years and I still cannot do intermediate figures like SuperWoman or this amazing "Forearm bow and arrow" you did. I'm starting to feel this is not for me, even when I love it so much. Is so frustrating and sad because I feel like I've been losing my time.

      Aww don't give up! I've been doing this for about 8 years, and it still takes me an age to learn moves. I've got moves that have taken me years - and I still can't do them! I would say to find moves that you want to train (rather than have to train) as it'll give you more motivation to try. Also strength training is awesome - you'll get stronger for every move. I also make sure that I never force myself to pole. Sometimes I'll get to the studio and realise I'm not feeling it, so I don't! Also, not every move is for everyone - there's definitely some that aren't for me! So keep going :D Xx
