This class is all about pretty Genie variations and transitioning in and out of them nicely.
Learn the Do’s and Don’ts of clean lines, wide straddles, and strong and secure hooks on the pole.
Prerequisites: Leg Hangs, Genie, Butterfly (+ ideally Brass Monkey and splits)
✓ Intermediate & Advanced level

To be fair, you only used the genie sparingly and as a quick transition move. Which is about all the genie is good for lol 😆.
