There are two issues that I have... a police detective knows all about gunshot residue, so that point is ridiculous. Also, nobody shoots themselves from 3 inches away, but rather less than 1 inch. If I truly wanted to end my life, I'm not going to risk surviving by shooting from a distance. Many of us have heard about cases where they survive attempted suicides.

Adultery means UNFAITHFULNESS . It begins firstly with Unfaithfulness towards God and is then increasingly manifested towards one's fellowmen in every possible way. In other words, there is nothing Christian about Adultery. And, what is more? It also exposes your brazen Adultery you were otherwise so 'conspicuously' engaged in concealing.

It's a really miserable place to live, if you've ever been there. The weather sucks, it's busy, people are mean and rude, and it's so expensive.

Sorry but her hair is not that thick ! As a matter of fact I could see her scalp thru her hair which is “Normal”.
Whether or not he did it, I would think that the question of the gunshot residue being filtered out by her hair would be enough to create reasonable doubt with at least a few jurors.

He was getting ready to retire and he did not want a divorce because he would have to share his retirement with her. Plus, he would have to share everything they’ve saved plus their home, etc. He wanted it all.

I think people should stay single. Marriage it’s becoming the biggest cause of death lately. Even if you have your own babies can be taken away by the other partner in revenge. I survived the divorce with many estrange accidents but he took my children away and I can’t see them now. This is a risky business. If I would start again I would hired a woman to carry my baby and stay single.

these detectives sometimes arent good and they want to be deemed intelligent by their analysts of evidence just like math if you do it the wrong way but it turns out in your favor so your argument is numbers dont lie but they do when you dont do it correctly. if no one is there to say any different or cant make their case appeasing enough they just go with the loudest voice in the room. In my opinion this is a wrong acts of getting out of love or in a relationship and putting himself in a wrong love by the way its not love its LUST. He wasted his life by doing that such thing to his loving wife. Her wife and children dont deserves it. This is selfishness. The other woman is totally a home wrecker and obsessed with LUST with that man and the man as well. By the way If you're been through in the situation that you are falling out of love with your partner , wife/husband, gf/bf, lover or whatever you call it. As a respect its better to tell him/her directly that you are falling out of love even if it cause heartbreak and devastation honesty can save a life and it helps you both move on but if you lied then it brings much trouble that can end ones life at the end.
